Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter and i went to get our nails done. When she asked him to fix he nails and make them ticker he proceeded to get ugly with her. And her nails are messed up. Like he didnt care he was getting paid. I wouldnt even give them one star. They stink and we will not be going back!

Customer service was AWFUL nail tech kept snatching my hands. Didn’t do what I asked mixed up my colors and then over charged me when he asked who usually does my nails. after the way I was treated I now understand why the shop was empty on a Friday

Overall the quality of the nail services were great! I was particularly pleased with the way the female technician filed my nails down from my previous visit to another shop in the Helena/West Helena market. I gave the visit 4 stars because although the technician’s skill level was superb, her chair side manner was horrible; she had zero personality. I’m talkative and rarely meet a stranger. However, after several attempts to engage in conversation with her, I stopped trying to initiate conversation. I requested the lash extension service and was equally pleased with the results. I would return based on the quality of the services provided. I would recommend with a caution that professional shop conversation will not be included. I personally feel that business owners do themselves a disservice when they don’t engage their customers.

I guess since this nail salon has no local competition. They just treat the customer any type of way. The young boy in there is very rude. I use to really like going to this nail salon, but now I am done. I pay enough money for my nails and feet to be done RIGHT!! But as the saying goes, if you don’t like the service go elsewhere. So that’s what I will do. I don’t mind supporting my hometown businesses, but I expect to be treated like I am appreciated for spending my money with you.
