The lady nail tech is NOTORIOUS for being rushed and very aggressive with her tools. I know that using the drill is something they do to file the nails down for polish and powders but I’m sure that there’s a less aggressive way to go about it. I think that she could’ve gotten the same effect if she had used a nail file but she used a drill and overfiled 5 out of 10 of my nails to the point of pain. I got an overlay on my natural nail and after this set, I’ll have to go back for a removal because they have to be treated before I can get anything else done to them. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this shop ever again and the worst part is, IT’S ONLY ONE NAIL TECH THAT’S THE PROBLEM. The other two are gentle and extremely polite. This is the second time she has messed up either my natural nail or my overlay. If you don’t want EXTREME damage done to your nails, either don’t go here or just DON’T SIT WITH THE LADY NAIL TECH!

I will never go back here again. They rushed in doing my nails and toes and theres not even polish covering all of the nail. When i told her about the polish she said “were not allowed to put it there”. Soooo your not allowed to cover my whole nail in nail polish?…… im so not happy with my nails at all…. if i didnt just spend money on them i would take them off today…..
