Ruby was wonderful. I hadn’t had a pedicure for a few months, so she had her work cut out for her. Not very many people working, so the wait time was approximately 90 minutes. I’m so happy that Ruby helped me. She did an amazing job!! I’ll make sure to ask for Ruby next time!

Service varies. If it’s super busy- hesitate to go because tired workers have def messed up on my nails here before. A new worker really messed up my nails one time also… Big time. BUT, if I called in the past with a complaint they would have me come back in the next day and fix it for free. I’ve been disappointed and I’ve been very satisfied.

Very mediocre work and customer service to those people who are not frequent customers. I took my sister and was completely annoyed with the service. The gentleman who helped her never talked to her, had a podcast blaring at his station and did a poor job. Her acrylic had bubbles, it was caked under her nails and around her cuticles. They looked cheap. When she came to me after her nails were done, the lady who was working with me started arguing with me regarding the service that was provided to her. They could tell she wasn’t happy with the way it turned out and not once did they offer to fix it and told her that they provided a service and performed it correctly, which from the look of her nails is far from the case. My nail tech was extremely rough and my cuticles looked worse than they did before. I would not recommend going here at all. Also, any good and up to date on education nail shop knows NOT to use the cheese grater on skin as it’s not recommended to even use on your skin. The service was awful and the facility is dirty, unorganized and just a mess.

I took my daughter to pro nails on December 30th to get her nails done. She paid for them herself with x-Mass money she had received. We went around 9 am so that way we could possibly beat the new years eve rush. Well that plan went fairly well. The wait time was around an hour. But that was no big deal. We expect that. Especially the day before new years eve. I sat in the waiting area while she had her nails done. So not until her session was over and I met her at the register, she then quietly said “mom we are never coming back here again”. ” I will tell you in the car”. So she had told me for one, the man was rough when pulling her hands and or fingers closer up on the table towards him. This she said was several different times.In stead of just asking her to put her hands up closer towards him. The last and final straw of this experience was when he asked what color did she want her nails. She said 609. He had then said “Oh you mean 906″. She said ” Oh I am sorry, yes that’s what I meant”. The Male tech had then said while giggling and with a slight degrading tone ” So you must read backwards”? Her only reply was ” yes I do”. Again while laughing this time. He said ” That is funny”.So basically I had said all of this to basically say. This place is not friendly at all . Never has been. Lastly this Male tech in particular had very bad mannerism. My daughter is just a 15 year old kid. She does not like confrontation, especially in a public place. It is my duty as her mother to address this issue and I felt this was the most appropriate way to do so. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Very happy with my pedicure. Staff is very nice & the facility is very nice. Only problem with covid too many people in the place. While everyone had a mask several individuals weren’t wearing them properly, which defeats the purpose of wearing the mask. I understand there is really not much the owners can do as you don’t know how foolish some will behave if you attempt to ask them to wear the mask properly.
