Love how Kim does my eyebrows and eyelashes she does a great job by the time i got home took a bath looked in the tub something was floating all my black nail polish had came off my toes didn’t bother to call them to tell them what happened just brought some black nail polish myself and redid them and the wait is extremely long was there from 8:20 until 1:30 and I got a pedicure manicure eyebrows eyelashes done too long of a wait for me

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality( Don’t go to pro nails ) My nails are too thick. I asked for square nails…. but I got what was seen on the picture. The nail polish was all over my cuticles, and the “ nail tech “ didn’t even fix it. I kept telling him to change the shape but he didn’t listen. Also, the bald man had cuts on his fingers , but no gloves…. Gross. He was way too rough. Give ur business else where. Lack of quality & selection of nail polish. My pedi was done yesterday and i feel a edge on two nails not filed. My 1st & only time to visit here. While there a worker and client were having words but what the customer said is right!

I came in for an eyebrow wax and the lady was soooo rude and for no reason!!!. I mean I dont know who she thought she was talking to or why she was so unprofessional but I just ended up walking out because her attitude was so disgusting & you can tell thats something they allow because she was never addressed. Critical: PunctualityIf I could subtract stars I would.I arrived at 3:00pm with 2 other ladies we were going to get pedicure at 4:45 pm I was still sitting there in waiting while the other 2 ladies were with done or almost done. I think if you have ppl hat come together you should seat them together not pick and choose bad business also leaving a Yelp review

I’ve been going to this salon since I was 14 years old. I live on the total oposite side of town & I don’t care if I have to wait hours. I wait for Kim, she knows what I want everytime all I have to do is pick my color. My nails also last me close to a full month without having to be done. I will never go anywhere else.
