I had the most unprofessional experience at this location. I went in for a regular full set with normal nail polish with Crystal. I asked if I could get different colors on different nails. I was not told it would be extra throughout the entire appointment. She begins to put on the color which I assume is regular but she decides on her own to put gel on my nails. I also asked for a matte top coat and once again was not told it would be extra. I was expecting to pay $30-$35 and in the end, was told it was $65. I tried to be reasonable and didn’t want to come off as a Karen, I was very respectful throughout the interaction. I did not want to pay the entire price especially because I was not told about the extra cost and did not ask for a gel which cost $50 alone. When I asked if she could reduce the price, I was being reasonable thought the entire conversation. Crystal only took off $15 and says I am not allowed back. This was poor management and the worst business etiquette I’ve experienced.

Went in with no appointment and staff made sure to fit me in (a good hour or two before they closed). Definitely recommend. Make sure you give yourself ample time if you decide to walk in with no appointment. I saw people walking in close to their closing time expecting to be taken care of with no appointment scheduled and got upset saying they’d go somewhere else if they couldn’t be seen. Be considerate, these people also have families they have to go home to.

Pro Nails used to be my go to salon, not anymore! First, the place was completely dark except a little spot light shining on my feet. I couldn’t even see the polish color pallets. They didn’t have any music going, which they usually do. So it was just awkward silence until the techs started yapping, then it was just annoying because they were so loud. The bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I was handed a pedicure menu then told I needed to get a specific one about 4 times while I was trying to read through them all. When I asked for a fall leaf to be painted on my toe, I was told no because I didn’t want gel polish. So I was refused a service because I didn’t want an expensive product.
