This review is for Don-I’ve had gel nail services there and pedicures both decent but recently decided to try acrylic. Don was fast, efficient and friendly. Showed him a picture he took a quick glance and knew what to do. I love my nails I can’t stop looking at them!

I don’t really go to the nail salon a lot and this is kind of the reasion why. The nicer photo is what I showed them and asked them just to chance the shape and color scheme to greens. Looked nothing like the reference and the told me I should have just done the same ones in the photo. I honestly don’t know if that would’ve been better

I haven’t been going to pro nails for very long but I have had several fills and fresh polish with designs. I’ve never had a nail lift, absolutely no chipping or fading. They are in too much of a rush . I’ve had 3 nails break in less in 4 days of getting them done . One time just unbuckling my seat belt . One nail broke the day I got them , when I went and got it fixed where they started to help them sent me back to the lobby for around 10 minutes then started to help me but I stood as he went back and found from painting my nails to another lady. The other 2 broke while on vacation. They did not let the nail glue set . Save your self the wait and don’t come here . Very disappointing considering I’ve been going to pro for awhile . But it seems like they would rather get through as many people as they can instead of a good set of nails.

Worst place. They don’t know what they’re doing. Cut my fingers multiple times. I showed them a design and they said they could do it. After trying multiple times, they admitted they couldn’t do it and painted it one color. After messing up, and cutting my fingers, they still charged me way more than other nail places around town. Way unprofessional. Not clean. Overcharge for no reason. Do not waste your money here. Disgusting ghetto place.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got these done yesterday. I’ve tried this place like 4 times now hoping for a good experience. This place is rushed. Only one guy does a decent set. All the other techs do great shaping and polish, but the designs are sloppy. Most of their techs are afraid of small nail beds and won’t put the acrylic fully on the nail like all other salons do, and my pinkie are always crooked. The 2nd time I went there I had a woman with a bobbed haircut file my nails so thin they hurt for days. She was VERY upset at my cleavage and was intentionally trying to cause pain. All the other techs do great shaping and polish, but the designs are sloppy. Lumpy nails. Women who did them seemed completely annoyed to be doing her job… She also did not listen at all when I asked about fixing a nail that got smudged on her hand… Maybe she doesn’t understand English but either way not a good experience. I will try this business again but ask for one of the male techs before I make a final decision.

I went in there today to get my nails done and they were fabulous I waited about 5 or 10 minutes. Unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman’s name who did my nails but they look great he was quick and they couldn’t look any better. First place I have found in Helena that I really like and will finally write a review on. I have been to her alibi got them done twice there did not like it. But, the ladies were nice the place is nice. Nails just aren’t done to my quality of standard. But I would suggest anyone going to pro nails it’s awesome it is the place I will be going from now on.
