I haven’t felt so inclined to write a review in a while. There is a reason they are the “Pro Nails,” Wow– I had an incredible experience. Im not one that loves getting their nails done, but I’ll definitely look forward to my next appointment!! Don made my experience amazing. Both gentle and diligent, the calm nature of their work and the BEAUTIFUL end product is exactly why I’ll be back, soon.

I usually have a great experience here. I book with the same person, but for some reason he was not there when I came for my appt. I had someone else named Bo that seemed annoyed to be there. I was his first client for the afternoon. Instead of starting to take the polish off with remover, as they usually do, he decided to grind it and made me yelp twice from a feeling of burning and I have never done that in my life. Someone ended up coming over to talk with him. He asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and proceeded to cut them all off!! Massage hurt and wrong color was put on… when I he asked about the color I just wanted to leave I was so frustrated. To top it off I was charged $15 more for the exact service I had last time. I told him I did the same as last time and was charged $50. He didn’t seem to care so I paid and left and will find a new place to go, unless they guarantee I will have Duke.

First time here and it won’t be the last. I just moved to the area and wanted to run in for a gel manicure on a Sunday and the first place I called was booked all day. I called Pro Nails and they were able to get me in in 10 minutes. A lot of nail salons feel hectic and rushed but they were super relaxed here. It was a very thorough manicure, not rushed, but also got me in and out in a timely manner.

Went out of my way to go here because of the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! This is the 2nd dip manicure I’ve received and I have been extremely happy both times with the results!
