I took my friend for her birthday the water was barely filled, cold, and before we could say anything they just started working on our feet with zero soak time. They were not busy at all. They told us our nails were dryer so we put our shoes on and when we got home the polish was smudged and ruin, and they also didn’t check their work and missed pieces of the nail.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I am embarrassed to admit I sat in a chair that had a liner in it with an inch or so of water already there. They sat me and continued to fill the tub. No soak time. Used a machine to polish my toenails to make thinner. (Again- embarrassed I stayed). One or one and a half coats of polish (that I brought from home), and was going to skip a base coat til I asked!!!! Had to ask her to paint my WHOLE nail, as parts of sides were skipped! Also- they still use cheese graters to cut/shave your skin off!!! Only did one dip into top coat jar for all 5 nails in each foot. Walked away, took off shoes and plunked onto another chair using phone without saying anything to me. I will never go back. Embarrassed I stayed for this circus!!!

Only one coat of polish for pedicure. Did not completely cover each toe nail. Then was left sitting in chair for as new customers received manicures. One hour 45 minutes for pedicure

In less than a week after having a Mani and Pedi, the Gel polish came off of one toenail and 2 fingernails. Picked out the “Cat Eyes” polish and they wouldnt do it. And since they had just reopened, they changed their payment policy to CASH ONLY. But nothing was posted at the salon and nothing was mentioned when I made our appts. After serious cash digging between 3 of us we managed to come up with just enough cash. 2 Mani/Pedi and one Pedi was $198.00. To much, especially since the Gel was lifting off in under a week. It should have lasted weeks. Instead 3 weeks later and they have all lifted off. Definitely will NOT be returning.
