I have attempted to receive services from this salon two times; both times have been unsuccessful and disappointing. On the first attempt, I had an appointment. After I checked in, every nail technician completely ignored me. I waited almost an hour over the scheduled time before I finally walked out. On the second attempt, I arrived at the salon at 9 am; someone was already receiving a pedicure. I asked how long of a wait it would be for a mani-pedi and I was told that “no one came to work today” and that they were all booked up. I will not waste my time trying to frequent this business for a third time. The employees are extremely disrespectful and the business is poorly managed.

I can’t wait till Tuesday, May 10th when they open their new doors to their brand new Pro Nails. Same name, same owners. They were the best in town and now they are back!:).
