I have visited many times for the last 10+ years for pedicure and fill ins. Prices are posted. Changes to prices are posted ahead of time. No complaints. I have been to this nail salon on numerous occasions. However, the service I received today was the worst pedicure and gel nail fill that I have had in a very long time. First the pedicure I received I could have done at home. This is supposed to be a relaxing time for me. The women tech was not friendly and did the bare minimum, did not clean nails or give massage the best part was the hot towel. On to the gel fill, my nails were soft, she cut down nails and then gave me the worst gel nails I have had in years. She filed my nails and the skin around my nails so hard the my hands are still hurting hours later. I did not get her name but I was at shop around 11:00 AM today and if she does not want to work or maybe she was having a bad day t don’t know, but she made my day terrible. She was sitting in the 2nd seat by the nail display. It will be a long time if ever before I will return to Pro nails. Very disappointed customer.

This is my 4th visit and I’m done. Every single time, I hope it gets better, but it doesn’t. The quality isn’t there for the price you all charge and it keeps increasing. Know what you want before they touch you. I walked in this last time and asked for a pedi and fill and the price tag was 87. The issue wasn’t the cost, but your lack of rational on how you arrived at that price. Pedi is 40 and regular fill is 25, but you took it on yourself to give me gel after I said acrylic. Not to mention, you asked me if I wanted acrylic and when I said yes, you caught an attitude and said you’ll be back in 5 minutes. You can’t push gel on your customer because of the timing. I can care less who’s waiting. I’m your customer in this moment. Gel last the same time acrylics does so I’ll keep the extra cost in my pocket. I get to the register to pay, but first ask for a breakdown and another attitude is what I get instead. Hence, you charge me 2.00 to pay you you for service. Makes no sense. I’m officially done here, and can’t wait til the day you all go out of business because it’s near.

I actually went in undercover and asked for a Manicure. Nothing fancy a Manicure. I asked if I could pick out a color but they said they have color templates. I couldn’t even look the template as the guy was rushing to get my hand then my purse dropped on the floor and I was asking him “what’s the rush?” I don’t think that the instruments were washed just sitting in a bowl all dusty. The water was cool not warm no marbles. The massage was no more than 1 minutes per hand – “go wash your hands” When he returned I noticed the polish said 21 days. Remember I asked for a regular manicure. Then at the end he said 22.00. I said 22.00?? A manicure is usually 12.00. Then he reduced to 21.00 since I was paying with a card. Remember, when you walk in it shows like they take cards BUT BEWARE there is a tiny sign that says “cash only” way in the corner. No cash you pay extra money. Oh the 21 one day polish – it is day 3 and time for me to take off – all chipped! I believe on the wall there are colors for just “manicures” but they get you with the template colors and next thing you know your out of pocket expenses went way UP.

The old Asian lady did my nails (mani and pedi) and I can say without a doubt that it was the worst of my life. Not only she was rude (poor manners) but she did them in a rush, she didn’t even apply cutticle remover and instead went straight to cut my cuticles while they were dry!!! She was as lazy and mediocre as can be, and the end product started falling apart 2 days later.

They cut my toe in the process of cutting my nails and it bled throughout the remainder of the pedicure. The guy never apologized or gave me a discount or anything. They weren’t welcoming nor friendly. It wasn’t very clean inside. Will NEVER go back. Pedicure
