Great atmosphere and customer service. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment and was told no, just come whenever you want. Great prices, only had to wait about 5 mins. If I’m in the area, I will come again.

I got acrylic nails here a while back and wanted to leave a review that this is probably the best place in town to get your nails done. I never had any problem here and they were very quick to get me in a chair. I tried the place in the mall recently and while everyone was friendly and my nail color looks great, the tech there left almost all of my fingers completely cut up and in pain–so I’ll definitely be going to only Pro Nails from now on as they never did that to me here.

My wife went here to get her nails done for our wedding. She had a very specific design in mind. The lady didn’t confirm whether or not she could do the design and she said. I’ll do similar. The painting style was nothing like she wanted. And she asked for a square tip nail. The lady did coffin. And the nails looked nothing like the design she wanted. We will never go here again. 85 dollars to get something nowhere near what my wife wanted. If you want your nails done and done right do not go to pro nails. Look into Anamoly nails.

Truly very disappointed. I thought the nails were great when I got them done and paid $75 just for them to start lifting and coming off after three days mind you they were acrylic gel nails! I’m never one to speak up but Im truly disappointed!

I don’t know, maybe it’s cause I’m from West Texas and we’re pretty serious about our pedicures lol, but when I’m paying $50+ I really can’t help but expect the same kind of treatment I would get paying the same amount back home. I work 10-12 hours a day walking a lot in steel-toe boots so when I have the time to treat myself I like to really enjoy it. There was no choosing a type of pedicure, no serious cheese grating, no good scrub, foot & leg massage, hot rocks, hot towel wraps and foot wax, nice lotion. Nope, none of that. Just a quick run over with the grater, and buffer, a quick scrub from just above the ankle down. I think a little bit of baby lotion and gel polish.

I came here in a rush that day because I only got 45 minutes of break from work. I have been to a lot of nail salons but this is my favorite. I came here in a rush that day because I only got 45 minutes of break from work. The place is so clean and smell good, they are friendly, the price is reasonable and they do it really fast but also really good. The service was terrible! I never leave reviews, but I had to this time. Within an hour of leaving, the paint on my acrylic nails had bubbles and was starting to peel off. They were rushed and about blew a gasket when they found out I wanted acrylics to start off. They were extremely rushed and charged me $50. I went back for a refund the next day, and they refused. I had my receipt in hand and everything.

Has anyone ever had a 15 minute pedicure, seriously, it was 15 minutes. Terrible look how short my toe nails are, she may as well cut them all off..Sloppy work, just look at my finger nails. Horrible, as you can tell a slopjob, didn’t even file them around the cuticles or even put oil on them afterwards, look how awful. All she had to do was fix one and paint them… Never in my 30 years of have my nails done so terribly bad. They deserve 0 Stars but that isn’t an option….There was another lady in there getting a pedicure before my nails where started. She was done with my nails and my pedicure and she was she having her pedicure…WT** Do Not go here

As I walked in on a Saturday, they got me right in a chair. Asked me if I would like my cuticles done . I said my hands are in bad shape, it’s been a while. She said she’d get me fixed right up. She took great care of me. Had no problem with my request to freehand a flower on each hand. I was done quickly and efficiently. She did an awesome job and my hands look amazing. I will be returning!
