I went here with my mom for manicures. We didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze us in fairly quickly. The quality and cleanliness were on point! The nail tech that did our designs did then freehand, and they turned out better than I could’ve imagined!! Manicure

I spent too much money for my nails and I am not happy. I tried to communicate that 2 of my nails needed to be shaped he tried to fix it but the shape was still not right. I feel like I was over charged. I will not be returning. Really disappointed because I had good experiences prior.

I’ve been twice now and both times the work has been excellent! I’m hard on my nails and I usually have trouble with them popping off after a couple of weeks. Not so with Pro Nails! The nails are strong and durable, and the polish jobs are gorgeous and last forever!

I didn’t think anything super special about it and I think they didn’t put a top coat on or it was a junk one. My polish started coming off a week later and that never happens to my toes. Critical: ValueI have gone here a few times and never had such an issue. I told them I wanted a full set dip nails and a pedicure. I got told it would be extra to take mu gel polish off my toes unless I got gel polish back on so I said fine and never got gel polish. They then asked if I wanted a manicure first I said sure and it literally was cutting my cuticles which should be included with a full set. They were not going to do tips before the dip. Then told me it would be more money so $93 and 3 1/2 hrs later I was done. I had an amazing experience here. They are a clean and sanitary place. The pricing is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and their work is not sloppy or rushed, they even check to make sure the acrylics are all the same length and checked often to make sure I was pleased with everything they did. They were gentle when doing my nails as well. I will definitely be going back there.
