I got there at 4:30 and asked for service. I got asked why I was there so late. There hours in the door are listed till 7:30p. I got scolded because I wanted to do regular nail polish and not gel. I was told the next time I come they would only do gel nail polish. No where in the building or on the door does it state cash only. When I went to pay I got told cash only. I said I don’t have cash I have a card. The lady got mad and said fine we’ll run your card and then proceeded to say next time bring cash it’s to expensive to run a card or you won’t get your nails done. Not to mention I had to wait for my nails to get done on the person who walked in after me and asked if she could get service today as well. So she didn’t have an appointment either.

This was my second visit to Pro Nails. I had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. I came in for a pedicure and had Maria. She was wonderful. She was gentle with my leg but still did a great job on my toes and feet. I will be back for my next pedicure.

i was told to come in at 6pm. i showed up at 5:45 they had me sit and wait until almost 6:30. than they started working on my nails there was only two people there at the time the man was extremely rude and talked to me rudely, and he kept getting up and walking away. not only that. but he glued the acrylic nails on my skin not my nails. it becomes around 7:10 and the women came over to finish up my nails. she started to go extremely fast and i was uncomfortable so i told them i would come back tomorrow to have them paint my nails. it’s been over six hours and my hands are still in pain. i’ve had my nails done for over 10 years and never been in this amount of pain. i can’t even sleep. will not be returning!!!

I had a appointment they were running about e 20 minutes behind. A lady came up and apologized and ask me if I could wait. I said sure. I am so glad I did they do a really nice job on nails. I will be going there from now on.
