Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTheir are only 2 ladies here who do a decent job, the one lady that does is usually busy. Being that I don’t normally have hours to wait I’ve tried 5 of their nail techs and 3 of the pedicure techs. Only one person gives what you ask and has good customer service. The rest are rude this lady looked right at me and ignored me. She did speak English before anyone assumes that.I don’t even understand how this happens. It is not like this is an outstanding place these people use dirty tools all the time. Their are only 2 ladies here who do a decent job, the one lady that does is usually busy. Being that I don’t normally have hours to wait I’ve tried 5 of their nail techs and 3 of the pedicure techs. Never again tried to give ideas to the tech she kept saying crystals were $15 for 2 fingers instead of adding the crystals to my nails. She offered no ideas as if she were rushing. I have never paid $45 for a short acrylic full set never again, I like the women that did my nails but I just wish she would have said the price upfront because I would have declined service. Then the chair I was in for my pedicure the massager did not work asked for them to take a few dollars off they laughed. Well on to finding a new place.
