I am super loyal to Pro Nails! I have tried going other places and always end up coming back. I love my nails every time and really haven’t found another place that does a better job on my fills. I tend to come asking for different designs and they always deliver! I will say I always just walk in rather than making an appointment, as it seems like they tend to mostly operate on a first come first serve basis. But I will continue coming here as long as I can!

I had to chose 1 star but I give them a negative 5. I will never return. I don’t think they care but the man there is always so rude I always seem to get him. I quit going there a long time ago. My mom and kids always went and we always had to have my daughter’s nails redone because he just does what he wants and doesn’t listen even when you show pictures. The kids got me gift cards for mother’s day so I had no other choice. He was very rude wouldn’t even talk to me. He barely cut my nails, my pinky toe nails are pointing to the sky, my calluses we’re not even touched. He did not have issues speaking to his co-workers and giggling (I’m sure about me) as they were looking at me and my feet as he was speaking. I wanted a higher price pedi and I barely got lotion rubbed on my legs. I was also supposed to get my eye brows done but was so upset and embarrassed because he made me feel like I was a creature, I sprayed my toes with the spray to dry them, handed him both gift cards (that equaled more then the $30 pedi. He tried to return the one to me. I said no it’s fine I won’t be returning . He hollered thank you have a nice day sarcastically as I walked out the door. I was really looking forward to that treat cause I don’t generally have the time to do stuff for myself. Way to be a man. Way to ruin my mother’s day gift. I hope your proud of yourself sir. If your looking for a pamper day and deserve it please don’t let that man take away your day. If the salon allows him to treat customers that way it speaks for the whole establishment. There are other salons in Chesterton that do way better work and are very polite.

Pedicures are so-so. Didn’t attempt to trim toenails and only used the pumice bar for a few seconds. Had to request both be done and/or be done thoroughly. I’ve had my nails filled here a few times and they tend to leave the gel rather thick, which I do not care for. They are also only skilled for single color polish. You won’t get any sort of design here. If you’re looking for a quick pedi or fill in a pinch it’ll do, otherwise I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted to get the same thing I did two week’s ago. But a different color…. My whole nail wasn’t a dip powder. Just the tip was dipped…. The lady proceeded to tell me that I have to take off my whole acrylic to redo them…. No you don’t because they aren’t fully dipped. Then she never did a fill…. Which is what I was suppose to get. She painted them….. this is a poor choice. She’s the lady all the way in the back…. Threw my money at me , polished my nails sloppy, left me under the heat drying never came back. I had to ask the guy next to me for some oil for my nails. As a guy who enjoys a good manicure this place was phenomenal! Got me in within 5 mins for a walk in. Excellent service. Easy to understand technician! And the prices were within reason! (Unlike portage )10/10 would come back again
