I would originally give this salon higher ratings, but after my most recent encounter I do not. I had my nails done wanted them family game and all pressed flowers( they do not offer). The lady did a great job and I loved them. However, two weeks later I went in for my fill. ($60 FILL) I wanted to change them to something I could match with all outfits. So I went with a black matte nail. The nails did not turn out matte. Also about 3 days into my nails I noticed a bubble under them. All my nail polish begin chipping off. I called from out of state and asked if I could come in the soonest they were open. She said there wasn’t much they could do, took my number and I never got a call back. I planned on being a regular but if a fill won’t even last a week forget it.

The woman who was behind the counter when I entered told me two times that there would be time available for two pedicures in 15 minutes. I saw only three workers and three clients. So I started to explain that I had to leave in 90 minutes but she interrupted me and said “Wash your hands then sign the book”

This place is literally garbage I asked for some hot pink flames what the hell is this and then I take a closer look and they literally encapsulated hair in my nail I’m a blonde and it’s black hair not only that charged me $61 for a fill in might as well go to Walmart Acrylic nails

I have been coming here for several years for pedicures mostly & have been usually very satisfied. Recently however I have been disappointed to walk-in on a Saturday @ 5pm and was told they were closed. I went outside & read the sign which said the were open until 7pm so l went back in & said your sign says 7pm. The man at the desk said “WE ARE CLOSED COME BACK MONDAY.” This is the second time this happened. He was rude & I’m not going back.

They are very friendly and do a great job, I recently had a manicure and pedicure done but after a couple days, the gel polish started peeling off my manicure so I went back in and they fixed it, no charge and no attitude. I had issues in the past with other nail salons being rude if you need a fix, but not Jennifer or her brother at pro nails, thank you!
