This is the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. We went as a group of six. They did so bad in sisters toes she asked them literally 6 times to redo her toes before they did. It has been barely a week since my nails we done and the “gel” nails are literally peeling off. Gel nails don’t peel! What kind of establishment is this? This place needs to be shut down for how unclean and unkept this business is. They didn’t even properly clean the pedicure chairs! Ugh not worth their overpriced services!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDon’t ever come here. Me and my three friends came here today and to say I’m disappointed doesn’t even cover it. I fortunately didn’t get my nails done. My two friends (A) and (N) got pedicures. My other friend (V) got fake nails. They did gel on all three of my friends without asking. It was an extra $20 each. They refused to paint A’s pinky toe because “there was no nail” which there clearly was. They claimed the gel would stay on a lot longer than regular polish but it came off of N’s toe a few hours after we came home. They used a drill on V’s actual nails instead of buffing it with a cube. They then proceeded to charge an extra $10 to shorten the two inch nails. Once nails were on they were super crooked. They painted the nails and they didn’t even cover the full fake nail. V asked to have them painted more and they started painting over her skin. They made N’s feet very greasy and the nail guy was smacking her feet. There was someone who worked there constantly making jokes. He didn’t take his job seriously and made it very clear he wasn’t trying to. Back onto V. They didn’t even size her nail at all. They took a random nail, put glue on it, and stuck it to her nail. After that whole ordeal we went to a different place in the mall and got V’s nails fixed. They look SO MUCH better now. All in all Pro nails definitely doesn’t live up to its name. The workers don’t necessarily take their job seriously and they are just desperate for money. Pro nails had the worst service ever. First pic is V’s nails after they supposedly ‘fixed’ them at pro nails. Second pic is after they fixed it at the other nail place.Don’t ever come here. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo I thought they did way better at this place I the mall than the other one, in my option they were shaped andI asked for less puffy nails and he fixed what the other place did from lastTime…. They joked around and were friendlyLol I love it though people need to live a little and quit being so up tightOne thing I didn’t like was the prices for using mango lotion was more? And a few other things… gel is obvious… it’s all I get and it usually lastsServices: Acrylic nails, Manicure, Foot massages, Pedicure, Gel manicuresSo I thought they did way better at this place I the mall than the other one, in my option they were shaped andI asked for less puffy nails and he fixed what the other place did from last …More

I do not recommend anyone go to this salon, especially for acrylics. I went in to get a full set, and was met with 3 employees. I was originally told to sit and wait for a male worker, but an older woman called me over. She filed one of the plastic nail tips to fit my nail, instead of finding one that fit. She then asked what length I wanted, and cut them much shorter than i wanted, and kept going. I asked for a coffin nail shape, and she told me that with the length my nails were that was unobtainable, so I asked for oval, she said “Thats for old ladies like me, young women like square. It looks prettiest like that.” I told her i wanted oval. I told her 3 separate times and they were still square AND sharp. She was rude about my color selection, she told me “Thats not going to look good, but get what you want I guess.” She didnt paint all of my nail, and left the sides still completely white and put like one uneven blob of clear nail polish over each, and did not smooth it out. I had to sit under a “curing” lamp for roughly 20 minutes, and my nails were still wet and smeared. There was nail polish and glue all over my skin, and she laughed when she cut my cuticle. They do not offer refunds nor fix their work. Do not go here if you want normal nails, go anywhere else.

I am very disappointed in the service that I have received at this place. The tech that did my nails was very unprofessional and rude, not to mention rushy. My skin was very sore from the lady constantly getting my skin with the files.. The acrylic was bumpy and even though I gave the numbers of the nail polishes I wanted, they were incorrect. I didn’t speak up though because I didn’t think it was that big of a deal, I could just go home and fix it myself, I’d get over it. One day later, one of my nails fell off.

Place felt dirty. The nail tech cut me twice. He had to fix the polish he put on before I left. The woman that appeared to be the manager was unprofessional to me. $45 for a basic pedi. It use to be a good salon. I won’t be back.

I’ve been going for the past 6/7 months, getting pedicures and fills. I’ve always enjoyed them had no problems. I went today I wanted a pedi and fill, had them both scheduled. Taylor normally does my pedi she didn’t have time for a fill so instead I was turned away and told they had no time! The owner does terrible running that place, she doesn’t know the first thing about good business and how to treat your customers especially faithful ones. I will not be returning after today.

Tried to disregard the bad reviews because I wanted a pedicure and they were the only place still open. The guy seemed to be really rushing, sanded off some of my skin while taking off the previous gel and then cut me multiple times with the cuticle nippers. $58 for gel pedicure, they charged me extra for taking off my polish. Won’t be coming back.

Critical: QualityTo my friends in the Niles Warren area steer clear of Pro Nails At Eastwood Mall! I went yesterday for a pedicure. The pedicure technician used the micro grater n sliced my right big toe. They did not offer a discount or comp my pedicure. Needles to say I’m disgruntled and having to use peroxide and triple antibiotic to prevent infection. For those of you that know me; know I’m on my feet for 40hrs a week. Thank God for Tylenol- making it through. I’m disgusted to say the least.Service: PedicureTo my friends in the Niles Warren area steer clear of Pro Nails At Eastwood Mall!
