, had my first experience here a few days ago and have no complaints whatsoever other than that nail polish I picked was advertised as a two different color two tone polish and turned out to be a single color that changed shades in hot or cold. Other than that everything was perfect they were extremely attentive and made sure I was comfortable, as well as my guest. Got us water oh, a business card introduce themselves, they truly love their business and I will be back from now on. Prices were okay lower than my other salons in the area that I have visited recently.

I just got my nails done Sunday . Four of my nails had come off so that’s why I went there . Well it is now Wednesday and the same nails they put on came off. I call them and the lady is arguing with me up and down about how I broke the nails off and didn’t take care of them but why did the same four nails come off and the other nails were done else where they’re still attached . And they had the nerve to charge me $60 for a fill in and to repair 4 nails so this lady wants to charge me $5 each nail for the nails they literally just did three days ago . Please don’t waste yo money giving it to those people and I highly recommend NO ONE to go there

I started going to Pro Nails in 2002. Only Kelly did my nails. She was great. I went there for several years. I just recently got acrylics again somewhere else and went to Pro Nails last evening for a fill. I hadn’t been there in around 10 years. Kelly was still there. But her work is now absolutely deplorable. I found that she has gotten bitter and cynical over the years, I imagine it may have to do with the level of clientele she has to cater to. The fact that some people on here are writing good reviews is evidence of their lack of ever having their nails done professionally and properly.
