I asked for a coffin shape nail and got a almond shape instead. I asked for silver and he gave me gold instead. I told him I was not happy with it and he kept going. He put my pointer finger on sideways and didn’t even paint the whole nail. I told him many time I did not like it to change it but he never did. My mother (age 93) and I go there all the time. We both get pedicures, I get acrylic nails and Mom gets manicures. Tracy is so sweet and gentle with Mom, and she does a wonderful job!
