Positive: Quality, ValueIt’s normal for nail salons to be busy so a wait is expected but 2-3 hours is ridiculous. Expect a 3 hour wait at this facility Thursday-Saturday. I waited to have my nails done for 2.5 hours only to have my wait extended Vnong (Tim) because decided to repair a previous customer’s nail set that arrived 40 minutes after my arrival. Inconsiderate Unacceptable unprofessional behavior.-Update . 1 year later Complete 180 when it comes to customer service and wait time. I believe in second chances and also appreciate when a business takes constructive criticism to improve.
