Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWow, I am blown away by this place! I stopped in for a set of acrylics as an early birthday present. I decided to go for something a little more complicated than I normally get and the man who did my nails definitely delivered! The shape is perfect, the ombre is on point, I truly have no complaints. I’ll definitely be back!Edit: just wanted to add that my nails made it a whole week before I snapped a nail! That’s impressive considering my job. I work as a walmart delivery and pickup associate which means I’m constantly using my hands to pick items and move heavy totes. Most sets don’t make it this long without at least one snapping. Wow, I am blown away by this place! I stopped in for a set of acrylics as an early birthday present. I decided to go for something a little more complicated than I normally get and the man who did my nails definitely delivered! The shape is perfect, the ombre is on point, I truly have no complaints. I am always 100% satisfied with my services. They are always nice and kind. Their work is amazing. I recommend Pro Nails to anyone. The shop is always neat, clean, and sanitized. I’m satisfied each and every time I’m getting service. Q is my nail tech and Yen does my pedicure. I am always 100% satisfied with my services. They are always nice and kind. Their work is amazing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI normally go to another nail shop but my nail tech happened to be off work so I decided to try this place. I went there to get a refill on my nails and an older guy maybe between 50-60 years of age did it. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! He was done with the refill part in about 10 minutes and then he told me to go wash my hands before he polish them. My nails looked like a 10 minute job…the so called fill in was such a thin layer that you could see the line where the new growth started and ended. The nails were not smooth on the top and the only thing he did with the drill was cut me instead of sanding the nails down and then he had the nerve to catch an attitude when I kept jumping. Of course, I’m going to move if you cutting my skin with a sharp metal drill. Every last one of my fingers were burning even after he got done and I asked him why would my nails be burning and he could not give me an answer. I am a Cosmetologist myself so I know how my nails are supposed to look…I wish that I could have taken a picture of my nails before they got covered up with polish. The nail tech got real nasty when I told him that I didn’t like my nails so he got up, told the owner to polish my nails, and then left and went outside. Very Unprofessional, Rude, and Pitiful at doing nails!!! I won’t be going back there and they won’t get a second chance to make a mess of my nails!!! I won’t try going other places anymore when my regular nail tech is off work…I will just wait next time. I normally go to another nail shop but my nail tech happened to be off work so I decided to try this place. I went there to get a refill on my nails and an older guy maybe between 50-60 years of age did it. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! Waited an hour just for the guy to have an attitude bc I “Couldn’t Make Up My Mind” that’s literally the right I have if they don’t have the specific color I’m asking for,or design. He literally gv me the nail selection & moved on to the next person. WITHOUT letting me know what he was doing! They are OVER PRICED! $45 for a Full set bc they automatically charge you for Gel which isn’t the kicker,Then he kept exaggerating the price of Design as if he felt like I wasn’t going to pay THAT price(He Stereotyped me) NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE! I am Seriously APPALLED! I’ll pay over $100 for nails as long as the customer service is Good but this place lacks Good Customer Service!
