Critical: QualityI thought the service was great and timely. My only complaint is kind of a big one. I got a gel manicure, and normally, gel lasts me 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, when I got gel from Pro Nails, it only lasted 6 days before the gel started chipping and peeling off. I probably won’t be going back 🙁

Mother in law and I had two pedicure appointments for 430…I wasn’t seen until 5…My mother in law was seen at 530…There were several other workers who had clients but had been finished with them long before she was seen. Anna had finished her pedicure client and took the next pedicure client who arrived long after us!? Mai & Tammy eventually took great care of my mother in law and I. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWe stumbled across this nail salon last minute due to celebrating our daughters birthday. I was so excited they had kiddie chairs for pedicures. We were walk-ins with no appointment and they took care of us! We had complimentary wine and the kids had sprites. My girls loved this place. We stumbled across this nail salon last minute due to celebrating our daughters birthday. I was so excited they had kiddie chairs for pedicures. We were walk-ins with no appointment and they took care of us! We had complimentary wine and the kids had sprites. My girls loved this place. The workers interacted with them very well. Worst place I have ever been. Went for a fill in. The girl that did it decided to remove all my acrylic and start over. Asked for just a bit shorter, she cut all my real nails off then did the most horrible job. They were thick, short and looked like they had been done by a 10 year old. Then they charged me $55! Never ever go there!!!!

My husband and I LOVED our visit!! This was his 1st Pedi and he really enjoyed his experience! We were able to sit back in the massage chairs, sip on wine, and just relax! Totally awesome! The Dad (owner) did mines and the Mom (owner) did his and their daughter was very helpful! We’ll go back definitely in a few weeks!! ❤️

I canNOT say enough good about this salon. I have come over here several times when the “other” place is too busy. Each time, I tell myself I’ll never go back to the “other” place. Your experience will be so pleasant. I have always been treated kindly, respectfully and professionally. I have had a different nail tech each time. Each person has taken pride in their work and gone the extra mile if needed to make my nails/hands/feet feel and look their best. Please, if you are in doubt- hear me. This is “your” place.

Excellent service. I put them in a rush getting there as late as I did yet they still found a way to give me A pedicure and a acrylic fill and did an excellent job of it. Very friendly and even at the end of the day they did an extra good job whereas some places may have rushed through it because they were tired. Strongly recommend and I will go back again
