I absolutely love this nail shop. I’ve been going here for over 15yrs. I love the fact my service is never rushed even when it’s busy. I’m very picky about my nails but Hannah and tran never disappoints me.

I was in this establishment yesterday getting a pedicure. One of the nail techs put acrylic ( to build the nail) on my toe. When I specifically ask for a nail tip. She started removing the acrylic also 75% of my toenail. I started bleeding it also was very painful, I could barely walk, after. I talked to who I assume was the manager. She suggested even on top of the blood and pain. To still put a nail on damaged nail bed because this has happened before. That’s what they do. I told her “no” because it was to painful. They sprayed alcohol which made it hurt worse and put on some blue substance. It is very difficult to walk now and my feet is swollen. I didn’t get so much as an apology, all she did was, move to the next customer.

This use to be my favorite nail shop. But they have been horrible lately. I was fine with the prices going up because they made it look nice but I come for pretty neat feet and leave looking like the son painted my feet. I guess the owner is out of town when the tech got up to get my polish I pushed my cuticle back so he could see what he left he painted over the dead skin then had the nerve to think I would pay for gel on my toes y’all have to get the pedicure correct first. NEVER AGAIN I TRIED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

I was looking for a nail salon that’s open on Sundays. I found this place. I requested a simple polish change. The service I received was poor & rushed. The technician did a horrible job. This was my 1st visit. I won’t be patronizing this establishment again.

I love coming here for my pedicures! The staff is very sweet and definitely go out of their way to make sure you’re well taken care of! Trish does my pedicures and she takes her time to get every part of the foot free of dead skin etc! She is amazing at what she does and so so so sweet!! I’ve been to upscale salons and none of them compare to this one especially when it comes to pedicures!

The only nail salon I go to. It’s a family business which is great. Ma and pop are a beast on pedicures. I’ve never felt any pain during a pedicure. They’re so gentle and never rush. I always feel welcome there. The daughter said she could grow my nails and she did. When I first started going a few months ago I had nubs. My nails have consistently grown since going there.

I have patronize this name shop often but this morning I had the worst experience. Attitude is terrible. Tran and her mom do a good job but the employees they hire to help is terrible. I spend too much money to get awful service. Polish coming off after a couple day.

Open availability which was good. I’m not sure what happened but I ended up getting charged $75 for two PEDICURES each. No full set no manicure just $75 for a pedicure I didn’t really notice until I got my little ones together but I was way over charged ! She told me she charged me $5 for a kid’s pedicure without the spa and $15 for a kids pedicure with the spa but the charges say $20 and I believe that’s what she charged me. I’ve never in my life. I blame myself for not double checking and getting a receipt for the charges. I paid $186 for 2 kid pedicure and 2 gel pedicures. I wish there was a way to get a refund but I’ll just take it as a loss. Please ask what you are paying for be sure it is correct or you’ll get bamboozled how I did.
