I’ve been here many times before and have been satisfied but unfortunately this time that was not the case. I had a gentleman do my nails(dip) who I’ve never had before and I’m guessing he does not usually do them as they turned out horrible and just keep getting worse. These pictures are just from a week after I had them done. There are many cracks, color is peeling off and is uneven. There are parts of the nail (the sides) that don’t even have any color. It’s embarrassing and due to the unpredictable nature of who will be doing my nails, I will not be returning.

I went to Pro Nails around 4 pm. I called ahead & was told they weren’t busy. Sonny is who started my nails. He would stop what he was doing to get cash tips out, getting up & down constantly. He starts to shape my nails & tells me he’ll do my nails after my pedicure. Mind you it’s 5 pm already. Pedicure was great & also got my eyebrows done. Sonny wanted me out of his chair so he could do another persons gel on their toes. I did not leave till almost 7. He rushed on my nails, leaving gel polish chipping & raising already after a week. Will not be back.

I originally called and asked how much Dip Nails and a pedicure would cost. They said $75. When I went and got them done, they charged me $96. My friend got the exact same things done and they charged her only $80. Going back to get my money back. Not going here again

Critical: QualityVery disappointed. I asked to keep my nails long. He filed so much they are barely above my skin. The nails were drilled so much there are dips in the powder , would not shape them how I asked . Not one employee speaks to you while you’re in there. First time in and not going back.
