I asked for short coffin nails and this what I got!! I’m so disappointed I’m a former boxer so I hardly get my nails done and when I do it’s a special treat to myself and I’m beyond disappointed. I paid my money and left I didn’t want to make a scene about it but that’s what I get for going the cheaper route. I have been coming to Pro Nails for a little over 2 years and if I can’t get my nails done here, i rather wait. Every one is nice and accommodating. They really treat you like family. Oh and you don’t have to worry about walking into a super crowded building.

I am able to show her a pic and she’ll execute them EXACTLY how i wanted them every time. All the staff is friendly and professional and very talented. She the 3rd desk down, was watching something on her phone the whole time. My pedicure was ok(she hurt me a lil) but my acrylic nails are the worst. She didn’t take her time and she hurt me so much. It burned so much. It came out bulky and thick and ugly. I don’t like them at all!
