Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever again will I come back to this nail salon. Every picture I showed him he acted like he couldn’t do it as if he just didn’t want to do my nails. And at one point i asked for simple ombré and he gave me attitude as if he didn’t want to do it. So I ended up asking for a full set with simple white gel polish. I have only had my nails done for 10 days and of the 5 day 4 of them started lifting. Not just that but he drilled my nails so bad that my fingers hurt for 2 to3 days and one of my fingers were bleeding. I told him ouch that hurt while he was drilling and he just looked at me with an attitude, no apology or nothing. After polishing my nails I noticed I had polish on my SKIN!!!!! The lady was nice and filed some of but not all of it. After getting home and getting the rest of the polish off my skin I noticed that on hand had been drilled way more than the other. This week is finals week I’ve been stuck at home studying and taking test. Thursday July 30th I finally got the chance to go back to the salon to see if they could either fix my nails or give me a refund! The lady kept trying to tell me it was my fault my nails are the way they are and that i would have to pay for a fill in (FOR ONE HAND)! I even showed her that my thumbs were exactly the same length but one was drilled way more than the other, and she tried to give me the excuse that on of my hands grow way faster than the other hand.
