I went to get a refill with gel and I asked for a water drop design. I sat there almost an hr and a half to receive this rubbish. There was hair and thread stuck in the top coat which I asked for it to be fixed. The lady who did the design tried to scratch off the hair under the top coat which she knew she couldn’t. I asked for her to redo it and said she can remove the design but she will only give me plain polish very rudely. I wasn’t provided one discount or courtesy credit for the inconvenience. She saw the nail polish had an issue but thought I wouldn’t realize and leave with trash. Stay away from this useless and unprofessional expensive place.

it was so bad i want to give them a 0, but i cant so i give them a 1. disrespectful and does an awful job. went for the first time since moving to florida from new orleans, and i asked for french tip with a lighter green. the man doing them did awful as shown in the picture. i came back the same day and asked for them to take them off, but they refused, insisting that they were closed and told me come back the next day. i came back and i made it clear yesterday that i did not want the same person from yesterday to do my nail because if they did bad the first time, they would do bad the second. the lady keeps on trying to sit me in the same guys chair even though i continue to tell her no. heres what i asked for and what i got. dont go here. save yourself the trouble, awful service.

My experience was really great. I can say Emily did an amazing job with my nails for my birthday in July. I actually still have my nails looking good after a month. So if you want a long lasting professionally done nails please go to Pro nails and ask for Emily.

I’ve gone here a few times each time has gotten worse. The last visit I had my pedicure actually hurt due the staff member being to aggressive with tools. I’ve also never had a gelmanicure that peeled after 3 days. Manicure

This place is the worst. First of all my daughter nails looked a hot mess and when we requested for someone to at the least redo the polish they wanted us to come back the following day. Okay so the following day we come back and they are trying to make the same person who messed her up yesterday redo her nails……NO. We asked for someone else and it’s a problem. We had to wait for someone to become “available “ to get her nails just re polished because at this point we don’t want them redoing the entire set. I just want to make sure we get something for the $50 I spent on a F upped full set with gel. Bad customer service and unskilled nail technician or just uncaring which I feel is worst.

I was in a last minute rush for a destination wedding. At 7:30pm I thought there was no way that they would take me when they close at 8. Well the owners sure did! Not only were they friendly but Alex did an amazing job! I’m so happy with them and how cute my nails came out. Normally people woud make a fuss or give an attitude even if they take you but they didn’t. He was happy to do my nails and we had a lovely conversation.Thank you so much again for the great service! Off to the wedding I go!
