Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI waited for 15/20 minutes after being told I could have my acrylics removed and redone and when it came to my turn I told the man I was late on my lunch break and would only have time to have them removed but then come back when I got off this afternoon to get them redone. He refused to take them off explaining it would “be a waste of time” even though I had previously been told they could do that for me. He then explained they could “fill in” but he could clearly see Id had them on for a while which some missing and were in no shape for a “fill in”. He then proceeded to tell me I could find somewhere else to take them off. Very unprofessional and too short staffed for good service. I waited for 15/20 minutes after being told I could have my acrylics removed and redone and when it came to my turn I told the man I was late on my lunch break and would only have time to have them removed but then come back when I got off this afternoon to get them redone.
