I walked in and they got me right in. I had a ingrown toenail that was somewhat deep and they got it out gently. Even went deeper when I asked but was very careful not to hurt me. She was very cautious and even applied antiseptic because it was on the verge of an infection. Sweet people and very helpful to me on my vacation when I didn’t want to deal with a hurting toe as I walked and explored. Now I’m off to the beach! I recommend pro nails. There’s even a Wake Up coffee and Starbucks nearby in case you want stop on your way in for a cold brew! Happy summer!

We opened the unlocked door to ask the attendant if they were open on Sundays, but before we could ask he just started yelling- we closed! I have no idea if they are open on Sundays, but even with the open sign blinking and the door unlocked they were closed? They seemed rather rude so I can certainly go elsewhere- hope they aren’t always like that to potential customers.

I am quite impressed at the quality and the work they’ve done to my nails. I am just visiting and couldn’t wait to get my nails done. Critical: ProfessionalismDon’t use this business. I used it last Monday and the lady who did my nails asked me a controversial question in front of the other customers. When I tried to make it clear I didn’t want to discuss this she kept asking me questions and another customer got involved and started yelling at me. That staff member was unprofessional and rude. When I tried to make it clear I didn’t want to discuss this she kept asking me questions and another customer got involved and started yelling at me. That staff member was unprofessional and rude. I am very upset with my experience at “pro nails” more like inexperience nails… i asked for very very sharp square and they gave me CHIPLETS they are almost the shape of a tic tac! I am highly disappointed I’ve wasted my money…. this is the worst set of nails I’ve ever seen. I didn’t notice how bad they really looked until i left. They were not worth 65.00 and also i had rhinestones that fell off as soon as we got back to our hotel. DO NOT GO HEREEE!!!

I received a dip manicure for $45 and every single nail has broken not even a week later. Called and asked for a refund, they told me to come in and they would fix. I live three hours away and wouldn’t have them re-do them even if I lived 5 minutes away! I’ve never had a dip manicure last shorter than 3-4 weeks. My nails are atrocious and I can’t even take them off myself. I have been there three times. The first was pleasant pedicure nice lady. 5 stars. Two latest trips had nails and pedicure. The 2nd trip I had acrylics attached nails broke off my index finger and cracked my nail in half. Not only did it hurt and bleed I had no nail left . I went back with my daughter right b4 Thanksgiving this time showed the person that put on the acrylic my finger. This time French nails and he said come back in two weeks. I will never go back there. I was overcharged and my daughter was treated poorly. And of course they are falling off. Pedicure is the only thing I would recommend and no man will touch me there again. The girls work hard and r kind both men sullen and curt. Laura December 16,2017
