Be sure to ask the price of your service before they start working on you. The prices on the board aren’t correct and they go by whatever price they want. They play gospel and Christian music so if you’re not into that don’t go there. It’s just a mediocre nail place. It’s not upscale and it’s not the worse of the worse. There is definitely better nail places so I wouldn’t recommend this place at all whatsoever.

The nail tech wasn’t customer friendly. He just basically did his job, which was okay. I like when nail techs are interactive or at least response in a way that states they are interested in what you are saying. 1st time there, not the best experience but not the worst. I would choose someone else IF I chose to go back.

Great service! Not a lot of good nail salons out this way! Owner very sweet and kind! She loves people because she loves Jesus. Yes she plays gospel music. Nice atmosphere!

Just left and I am so upset to the point of tears. I just wanted and over my natural nails to give them a little extra support and I told the woman I was growing them out and wanted to keep the pointed shape I had worked on even though some were a little shorter than others. And before I realize and can get a word out she has filed off all the nails on one hand I had worked so hard to grow. Even after telling her what she did wrong she still managed to mess up the ones on the other hand as well. So now I have fat, bulbous nails that I can’t even stand to look at. I’ve never been so upset about my nails.

I honestly have always used this place because they do amazing work. But my experience this morning was a bit ridiculous. There were plenty of workers but yet not one of them could do acrylic so I was asked to wait or come back and that’s not an option for most people, we come early because we generally have so much to do on only off day. I’m sorry you guys didn’t get my business this time. Maybe next time.

I hate to complain… BUT, I went to this place on Friday at 4:15 p.m. on the dot and got service pretty quickly. So that was great! However, the technician that did my nails didn’t finish until 6:45… never had it take 2.5 hours to get my nails done. A simple, full set gel polish, coffin shape, short. And, during the process, she made 4 of my fingers bleed…. but at least the nails looked beautiful at first…. not even a week later, 4 of my nails are beginning to fall off. I will never return. Two stars for the quick service and how the nails actually turned out. DISAPPOINTED and GYPPED.
