Pro Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been coming to this establishment for about 4-5 years off and on. The service is a hit or miss, depending on the nail tech…but they have fairly nice prices (but I guess you get what you pay for) .After my last experience, I will not be returning or referring any new customers. I came straight to the salon after work, simply wanting a basic gel manicure. As I was getting my nails done, the nail tech kept showing the color to the nail tech beside them…most of the conversation was in another language but at the end the nail tech replied “beautiful color though”…that made me think something was wrong. He then took out a napkin and begin wiping the nail polish brush.Once he put my nails under the UV lamp, that is when I knew the color was old. EVERY nail had a ripple after the lamp. When I showed him, he smacked his lips and began to aggressively wipe the GEL polish off. he took out the drill to remove the color with no regard for my nails. I even flinched and told him to stop because it was painful.After he “removed” the blue, I told him that I would come back to finish because I needed to take my dog out first. (I had just sat in there for over an hour for a gel manicure).That’s when the true character came out of the manager. As I walked to my car, she chased me asking for payment on a manicure. I couldn’t believe what she was asking because my nails looked like someone chewed them….and they still were riddled with the blue gel the nail tech tried to scrub off. When I explained the situation, she was rude and forced me to pay $15 for completely trashed nails. I returned after letting my dog out and the manager was so rude. after removing the blue, she went to start someone’s pedicure. I asked “isn’t polish included in a manicure?”. She returned…slapped some clear on my nails and walked away.Stay away from this establishment. They do not value their customers and their polish was probably purchased in 1973. Critical: Quality, ValueI picked nail design from the wall. He put the color on my nail, I stated it doesn’t look the same it much lighter. He stated don’t worry second coat. He finished I washed my heads and compared. Nothing like what I wanted. The manager stated the color on the wall was 3 years ago. I didn’t want it. The manager told me they will take the color off and you go. I stated doesn’t color come with a fill in. She agreed he place black Matt on my nails after I got home 9 of my gel nails polish came off peeling gross. I paid good money for my nails, I feel this was done on purpose. I would not go here.
