Critical: QualityI normally do not write reviews.. BUT this is by first the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I do not feel like it was worth $50. I requested medium length stiletto nails and this is what I got. Not only are the nails poorly filed, they are crooked and not of the same length. The man who did them barely spoke English. I normally do not write reviews.. BUT this is by first the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I do not feel like it was worth $50. I requested medium length stiletto nails and this is what I got. Not only are the nails poorly filed, they are crooked and not of the same length. The man who did them barely spoke English. I will never come back to this place. I’m currently at home filing them. Do yourself a favor and go to Hot nails right up the road.

This is a place I will never go to again. Got a design and it’s so smeared you can not even tell what it is. Went back in and asked to fix the two designs seeing I payed extra. Also, they are all uneven and lumpy! Got a smart answer saying they supposed to look like that and they would not fix them. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone! Up

I had an awesome experience! I went in today and had a deluxe pedicure and manicure. I loved all the different smells of the creams and rubs. I had gel polish put on my toes and nails. The establishment was very clean and sanitary. No overbearing smells etc. The staff was very friendly and easy going. I will absolutely return. From what I understand,it is under new management.

I called around 11 am to make an appointment for 2 pedicures!The guy told me to be there at 5. My daughter and I arrived at exactly 5 o’clock! It is now 5:30 and we haven’t been seen yet! I am really pressed for time! My daughter wanted to come back tomorrow to get her nails done! That’s not going to happen! I won’t be coming back! This is my first visit and I have a change of heart! Service was very nice and I love the massage chairs! I work two jobs and it really did realax me! I just don’t like the auto setting! Once I sit back to relax again something starts pressing me forward over and over again! I changed from 2 stars to 5!

Paid 55.00 for a Cats Eye Pedicure. Cats Eye polish is fine, pedicure was anything but a pedicure. We were headed out of town after my appointment. Once at our destination a had to pull out my own pedicure foot care smoother.
