Horrific experience with the nail tech. He was extremely rough taking off my nails and damaged them by splitting a nail. Poked me with the equipment then didn’t apologize. He asked if it was my first time there and I replied no. He saying he not the right person to do my nails and it’s too hard. How you gonna be nail tech and rough with ppl and don’t know how to do nails. Then he refused to let others do my nails saying he’s the best one and if he can’t do it they not doing it! Like what!??? Cocky and a horrible nail tech!. Definitely will not go back. Pic shows how he split my nail and me asking him to cut it even to relieve pain was a problem! He tried to fix it by putting nail glue on it. I see why the shop was empty. Don’t waste your time here!!

I came here because the place I normally go was booked my first time here, Jenny was very nice and patient with me she didn’t question my choices and did exactly what I requested I feel that the price was more than I normally pay for a fill in and eyebrows was $61 I’m happy with the end result.

I’ve been here twice, and had to come back twice for a fix because the man in the front did my nails way too thick,I hated them they literally was hurting my finger nails the amount of acrylic he used was Ridiculous. Then I wanted straight square they were not the shape was ugly smh needless to say the owner had to fix my nails both times and I was satisfied.if I’m paying 60.00+for a gel set fil in I want them done the way I like the owner does good but I want be coming back.

Wow . I went on a Saturday and this Man pictured below by someone else was the one that did my set. He asked multiple times why didn’t I come during the week? Well because SATURDAY was the only day I could. Rushed my nails did a horrible horrible job. Thick , clumpy and acrylic all over my cuticles… I called that same day . Spoke to him and told him I wasn’t happy that I wouldn’t go back the same day since he was overwhelmed with his clients. But I would go back Tuesday morning because that’s when I was available AGAIN. He said sure! Tuesday comes I call at 9:30 just to make sure he was going to do the job right. He said come I file your cuticles… so I asked what about the polish? Isn’t it going to be ruined by you filing on top of it. He said that’s all I’m going to do and you never come back . Listen OLD MAN. Retire!! Or find another profession . You aren’t the ONLY nail salon in MONROE . I will make sure to stop by again just to say it to your face . Go somewhere else to anyone reading this review. Clearly I wasn’t the only one and he isn’t getting any better at customer service. Have a blessed day

New owners, not enough staff .. only good thing is new chairs . I sat to get a pedicure for over an hour I went through the chair settings twice , yes I know I shouldn’t have waited that long but just didn’t want to go home . It was between lunch and dinner so not a busy time they only had 3 people working

They are less than one star but they weren’t in a rush to see customers and I’ve never been to a salon that charges for length, 3 or more colors, and for gel take off that I’m not getting again, and they charge $5 per broken nail. I’m not going again personally because it’s poor quality, I went yesterday and my polish is coming off and it was not applied correctly and the lady broke 3 of my nails doing what she wanted and chipped 2.

I like pro nails but…. I think they charge to much for a fill in you can get a whole set for what they charge a fill in for frfr.I think they be really over charging for the fill ins.

I attend this nail salon on May 6, 2019. They have the worst customer service. I waited 30 minutes before I got a pedicure. The employee who did my pedicure barely talked never offered or asked me if I would like a design . No one ever checked to see if my feet were dry I removed the toilet paper from my own feet and left. Never again will I come to pro nails. Worst worst customer service.

Like all nail salons you have to speak up or they’ll let you go out the door with a crooked nail, half effort paint job or uneven length. I’ve seen this too many times at several shops and that is why so many private nail techs are taking over this profession but they charge more. I will say you have to speak up here but they do have new nail techs younger girls with current nail designs and techniques try them out.
