Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismSo I had they best nail experience out of 20+ years. I show up at 6:55pm. After finding the it on google. I have ever been there before. Now keep I mind they close a 8pm. There was a sign that said APPOINTMENTS ONLY (IN BOLD RED TEXT). I was about to turn around and get back in my car. But I said let me at least try. I always say “A try beats A fail any day”. So I open the door and poked my head in to ask. She started at almost 7:30 after she ate an let my feet soak. She did the wax and my cuticles for free. Hand painted my designs. We had the best conversation! Including God, making money, men, family and the weather. My total was so $105. I tipped her $20 because I left at 10:10pm. MY POINT IS SHE WAS THE BEST! I just really enjoyed her making me feel special and taking her time and not rushing just to get my money. IT IS REALLY IS STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE! The woman is sitting in one of the pedicure chairs on her phone “absolutely no customers” the time was 5:50, she looks at me confused “may I help you?” I tell her I want SNS manicure. She then tells me she doesn’t have time BC she has a 6:00 appointment. So I asked her what time could I come back and she said I have two appointments and it will probably take til 8.. She said I can come back tomorrow. I told her i worked most of the day tomorrow and I asked her “are you the only one here that can do it today?” She proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow.Someone recommended this place to me and I was excited to try them out. Someone recommended this place to me and I was excited to try them out. As I walk in, the door says walk-ins welcome and open 10-8.
