I just love Tracy and her work is awesome I have been around to all the nail shops here in Burlington trying to find the right one for the last 2 years I have been here and for the last year I have been coming here and Tracy does a wonderful job she is the only one that I allow to do my manicure and pedicure if your looking for a good nail tech she is the right one also prices are terrific not being over charged or nails breaking off in a few days

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is deserving of a negative review. The staff members were polite for the most part- however I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. A man came into the salon while we were getting our toes/ nails done and harassed my cousin and I to buy something. I ended up telling him we weren’t interested, but I was expecting someone from the salon to ask him to leave. If you are wanting a design, this is not the place for you. They were unable to do designs, they only have random stickers to choose from. The atmosphere in the salon was anything but relaxing. Customer service is the only reason I’m giving it three stars. For plain nails, I think I would come back if I couldn’t get an appointment at another salon.

I wasn’t upset at all, I did not like her work and I didn’t think she would take it personally. She did not fix it, it looked worse the second time and I didn’t appreciate her attitude afterwards. I’m paying for a service and I should like the work you do before I leave. Another associate did my nails and she did a great job. This is my second time visiting here and they’re not very friendly. I’m a Black woman and I honestly felt like they didn’t want my business so I will not be back. They do an OK job. I’ve only gone for pedicures. If you have some hours to spare then go here. The first time I got my pedicure it took 2.5hrs with no wait. The other time I went, I waited for an hr and a half. Then my pedicure took 1.5 hrs.

Haven’t been here since before covid but will definitely be going back the next time. I have been shop hopping in the hopes of finding somewhere a little closer to home since beginning to have my nails done again and I must say that I have been pretty disappointed in the work done by other shops in the area on mine and my husbands pedicures and sns nails for me…looks like we are driving a little farther and coming back where we know the work is not sub-par

Just got a pedicure here along with my mother. My friend also got a polish change. She rushed through my pedicure and did my friends polish change while the “hot towel” was on my feet, which of course became cold. Additionally, the girl used the same tools on the man after me as she did me, without sanitizing it. Also, she rushed through my friends polish change. At the end of my pedicure, she had not painted my entire nail, so I asked her to fix it. She fixed it, but immediately began to speak in another language to her coworker, definitely giving the impression she was talking about me. The man who did my mothers pedicure was very nice and thorough, but spoke no English. He used the cheese grater thing on her feet, despite that being illegal in N.C. Also, the dryer fans were caked with dust. This place is definitely lacking sanitation.
