Today I forgot to make an appointment and Ty was just finishing up with another customer, and I didn’t even wait two minutes before it was mine turn. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he put his own twist on it and I ended up loving them more than the ones in the picture. Last time I gave him an idea of what colors I wanted and told him to surprise me and he did amazing! One thing I really like about this place is they speak English and they are very easy to understand. I am very please with the prices as well! This is why I am a repeat customer. 10/10 would recommend. listen, you people need to think that some of the customers that go here make appointments and sometimes they’re very busy. every time that i have went here it has been amazing. all of the staff are willing to make small talk and ask you how you’re doing. they’re all so friendly. not once have i heard them yell at any of their customers. my nails have always came out looking better then i expected. i love it here.

Critical: QualityDid not even remove month-old polish. Polished right over it and left the tips of the nails unpolished. He had to be asked to remove portions of clipped nails and filed so much that more of the new polish was removed. Absolutely no excuse for such poor service…I regret the tip.Service: Manicure

Worst pedicure I have ever received. Place was not clean. Back door wide open where we could see workers smoking cigarettes and thre smoke was coming through the door. I had convinced my boyfriend to get one for the first time and I’m so disappointed that’s what he received. His maybe lasted 4 minutes. They put nothing in our water. No soap scrubs or anything. I asked for deluxe then asked if that’s what we had received because it was so terrible. She said no, that takes too long, snapped off her gloves, grabbed her phone and cigarettes and sat outside. I had wanted a manicure too but it was so bad I just decided to leave instead
