Worst place ever to get your nails done! Doesn’t deserve one star! My acrylics are chipping after 2 days and looks cloudy due to the amount of acrylic they used on my tips. The tips are all uneven and when I complained the woman said “This looks good! Trust me. This is right.” My response: “It may look good to you but it looks like crap to me.” I had to beg her to file the corner of my tips down after finding them sharp enough to break the skin on my hand. Gave me a $5 discount on the work due to my complaints but not willing to actually fix the problems. Not worth the time or money! Go to Lux Nails near Sweet Frog. Better facility and 100% better service.

This place is not as good as other places I have been to and charge more. The lady nail tech (I don’t know her name) did a decent job and was fairly nice. My friend got her nails done too and did not get what she asked for. One of the males did hers. Her nails were crooked, and some nails were longer than others (comparing hands). She did not get the colors she asked for, and she asked for stiletto shaped nails and was told that she could have them shaped that way. She ended up with coffin nails. The guy that did hers was rude to her and has been to me as well. I think if you go, have the lady do your nails or just leave. When the male did mine, he drilled into my skin on two fingers, and it was gushing blood. He seems rather unskilled.

I’m not one to complain, but my nails look awful. Got them done on 6/14 and a day later they already look a week old. Not to mention, the drill used hurt my finger very bad. Paid $38.00 for nothing but a bad decision!!
