Went to this shop to get my nails done and not even 3 days later I noticed my nails started lifting and then one just popped off like it was a press on nail while I was showering. went they half fixed it then wanted me to pay. They saw that my nails looked bad cuz they asked when I got them done. Today another one popped off. Called and received very rude response. Would not recommend going. And I usually don’t write reviews like this but you can’t treat your paying customers rudely

I went in for a pedicure and my daughter a pedicure and manicure. I asked for a spa pedicure and hardly received a regular pedicure. The shop was busy so I quietly said I would pay for a regular pedicure because that was the service I received. I was told by Kevin that his employee had only been there 20 days and she came from New York (not sure why that was relevant except he must not train his employees) he also asked me to write down which services I didn’t receive which I did. He then charges me full price and expected me to tip. THE SERVICE STINKS AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I just expect to get what I pay for and if that is important to you don’t go to Pro Nails!!

I’ve never experienced such bad service. The woman doing my nails broke my nail and cut my cuticle until it started bleeding. My mom was with me and she asked for a spa pedicure which is more expensive and involves a longer massage. The women didn’t massage at all and didn’t even use lotion. When we kindly and quietly told the manager (Kevin, who has normally been pretty nice) about the service we received he immediately got defensive and loud. He didn’t provide a discount, he was just mad and saying, “well, you’re going to tip us right?” He was blatantly rude. Will not be going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They charge you a great amount for sloppy work and when you confront them they get an attitude. I had to return 2 times within 4 days to have my nails. No more for me .

Me and My friend don’t like it here, it was terrible service. I was just there with my friend not only was it terrible but also talking bad about me calling me stupid in Korean which I understand every bit they say. They also called my friend a liar in there language also over charge my friend which is NOT necessary, charging extra.for cut down toe nails….and also didn’t clean our cuticles not even feet scrub. They even hurt my friends nails while drilling her gel color off. NOT coming back ever again. I’m sure they we’re being a racist to me cause I’m Asian..customers don’t be fooled by them.
