Me and my husband are here on business and we went and had pedicures and I had my nails painted. We paid for the top pedicure and with nails done it wasn’t to bad. Posting about 2 weeks after they were done. All color has held up on hands and toes. I did do gel.

I took my special need friend in to the shop and she was treated like trash. Before the lady even started she said at less 3x that she would only paint her nails one time and one time only and if she mess it up she was not doing it again assuming that she was going to just mess it up. Then did not want to pain them the color she picked and pushed her to get clear as “it would be better for her”. Was not even going to let her pick her own color till I stepped in and said yes she will pick her color just to talk her out of it. She took all of 15min on her did not cut her nails, barley did anything to them.Just because she looks different on the out side she still a person and should be able to go to a spa and get her nail done with respect like the rest of us.

Went here with my wedding party a day before the wedding. Only one of us got what we really wanted. My French tip toe nails and finger nails were painted one. Which i have never had it done like that. My maid of honor wanted a skin tone color and it was far from. Between the 3 of us we spent well of $150.00.

I went to get a pedicure. I usually always go there. The last time I went the guy that did mine did not do a good job. Polish wasn’t presentable and he cut my little toe and it bled. I know they were busy but, it is expensive. I went to relax and ended up stressed. I almost asked for my money back. I wish I had. I know there would have been drama. I am easy to please but, the way he did mine is ridiculous. I like Dee but. Shes always busy with scheduled customers. I guess I need to schedule next time if I go back.

One, we( my mom and I) waited 30 minutes without being told a wait time. They sat us at a station and essentially ignored us until they were ready for us. Two, I like to get a different color on my ring finger and the other four on my hand the same color. So I picked two colors. She tried to convince me to only get one color before asking what my plan was. Three, I asked how short coffin style could go thinking she would show me, but instead just went ahead and cut them. My usual place was booked and I tried something new. I don’t recommend this place in the least. Only reason I gave two stars is she tried to fix it, but at that point I was done and just asked to take off the tips I didn’t want and that I no longer wanted my nails done and left. They seemed very rushed and like they were taking on more than they could handle at once. I wish they wouldve told us this when we came in instead of wasting our time.

They Hurd them in like cow’s. They had so many people waiting and waiting I had an appointment finally got to after getting a pedicure soaking for 45 minutes and then she cut me bad and put the stuff on that burnt worse than anything did not enjoy whatsoever and had to pay for it it was awful.
