This place is great! They have plenty of nail/wax employees and I always go to whoever is available because I have not had a bad experience with any of them! I have been going here for about a year now for pedicures and manicures (gel and dip) and I have never had any problems! I drive 20 mins just to come here even though I could drive 5 mins to some other places. I highly recommend!

Using my husband’s tablet for this review as it was what I had at the moment and couldn’t wait to write this review. Very friendly and welcoming. The salon seems clean and well maintained. I chose a basic mani/pedi to test the service provided when I did not choose one of the higher priced specialty mani pedi packages. I could quickly see the decline in serving and care given to me. When I chose the basic service I did not realize how basic it would be. I did not receive a softening scented tablet in my pedi. She barely smoothed or filed my toenails I literally got maybe 2 swipes per toe I had to ask for her to smooth out the ridges even a bit. WOW AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE WORST OF IT. HA HA. So when she started the mani I thought that it couldn’t get any worse. Hmmm, the water was cold and she couldn’t even bother to add a drop of soap. I think the whole thing including polish took 10 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be ba ck to give them any of my hard earned money and be treated like I did not deserve quality service because I didn’t choose a package over 50$but she sure didn’t mind taking my 8$ tip. Maybe this place needs some quality workers to go along with their quality service.

I don’t typically write reviews but I was very frustrated. I made an appointment to remove my dip nail polish which I was told would cost me $10. After starting on my nails, I was left for a really long time twice in the middle of my nails being worked on, and another client was taken. I was asked at the end if I wanted my cuticles fixed up, and I said sure. Didn’t get my nails cut or shaped, and was then told I was paying $25. I asked why and was told that I got a manicure. I questioned if I was charged an extra $15 because less than a minute was spent on cleaning up my cuticles, the woman replied with a yes.

Wife was extremely disappointed with the manicure here. They didn’t remove the old color well, didn’t clean the cuticle either, painted on top of old color and didn’t even have hand cream!

Must say that I stopped by here on a whim, and to say that I regret it! The staff is rude, and is impatient, came in for nail fix, kept being pressured for other services to the point of being told that “i needed it”!! I wasn’t trying to be rude and kept refusing to just be in and out. But as I looked around, all the stations were covered in food and drinks. The pedicure area was covered in dirty/used towels from other people on the floor, on the chairs, one tub was full of them. Now on to my nail issue, the correct procedure wasn’t done, barely filed the nail, didn’t use the dehydrator before putting on the acrylic, the acrylic was very liquidy and lumpy and the nail wasn’t even filed in the correct shape of the rest of my nails one side is in a point and the other side is curved, the gel polish was old looking and she had to use multiple layers and just kind of splattered it on and it is Lumpy will not return do not recommend.
