Just stay away. I came in asking for pedi/gel nails for myself and and a just a color change for my 10 yr old daughter. I told them do not cut her cuticles. She is young and doesn’t need to be cut. One of the lady took my daughter back first and started her with a dip in the spa chairs and gave her the whole spa treatment. Little did I know, once you touch water, that is the upgraded price from a simple color change. They also cut my daughters cuticle when I have told them to not touch. When it was my turn, I noticed the whole process was unsanitary. Equipment/tools were just rinsed in the next water tub next to me.

I had gel on my nails and decided to try this nail solon because it was close to where I work! Big mistake. Always follow your instincts! When I got there the solon didn’t look and feel clean, I don’t know why I stayed! The lady that was doing my pedicure kept digging into my skin while the other lady was drilling the gel off my nails, no regards to messing up my clothes! I decided not to get a manicure! They have the worst attitude! How are they even in business? I hope I didn’t get fungus or any other bacteria in my in my toes! I don’t recommend this nail solon.

I have been a loyal customer of this facility for years. Not anymore after today. My friend and I had an appointment at 1:00. They were crowded and could not take us until 1:30. However just as I was about to be taken a lady came in for an eye brow wax. I was told they were going to take her first as it would only be 10 minutes and I would have to wait. Being I had somewhere to be, I could not wait any longer and told the owner if he didn’t honor my appointment which was at 1:00, that I was going to leave. He didn’t seem to care as they took the other lady first. I asked the owner is that the way they treat their loyal customers? He didn’t respond. Obviously he doesn’t value his long term customers and doesn’t need my business. So I wont be going back.

I have gone to this nail salon since 2005. I will never go back after my last experience there. First, you don’t have to understand the language to know when you’re being dishonored & disrespected. I took my granddaughter there for mani/pedis & a facial wax for me. I spent $95. My 10 year old granddaughter noticed the disrespect as well. And I mention every single time I get a wax that I have very sensitive skin. This woman took pleasure in ripping the wax off & laughing every time I winced. I never felt that much pain during a wax. The male owner did my nails & did a lousy job. My cuticles are a mess. Save yourself the money & go elsewhere. I’m very disappointed, especially since I’ve going there for so many years.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter asked for nail tips with gel. The staff seemed confused and spoke to each other in their native language and laughed. A staff person prepped my daughters nails and made her finger bleed and said nothing. No apology. Then proceeded to do the manicure without the tips. My daughter said Over and over that she wanted tips. Finally the owner said that staff did not know how. So my daughter said forget it and we went to another place. It seemed they were planning on doing what they knew how to do and wanted vs what the customer wanted. They also did not understand anything we said. It was a terrible experience.Service: Gel manicuresMy daughter asked for nail tips with gel. The staff seemed confused and spoke to each other in their native language and laughed. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this nail salon the other day with my mom. When I got there it was quite busy. The guy sat me down at table 1 to soak off my gel polish. He did that while he was working on another customers nails. Then he came back to me and started aggressively filing my nails and at which point he cut me. He was rushing my nails because two other people came in. And when you’re rushing you become reckless and cut people. After he cut me he use some type of liquid in a bottle and put it directly on my skin where I was bleeding. That was the most unsanitary thing ever. Who knows how many other people they cut and touched that to their skin as well. now my finger has alittle infection.I went to this nail salon the other day with my mom. I’m a relatively frequent patron of this spa. Every time I visit, I’m generally welcomed and serviced quickly. If you want the best service my advice is to come when they’re not too busy. That reduces the chances of leaving bleeding from a cuticle or with wax on your eyebrows. They’re cheaper than pretty everyone else in the area too. Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures

30 dollars for a dipped gel manicure..when I only asked for a gel manicure. The ladies were rude and blew me off while I was sitting in the chair and didn’t feel very welcomed. I usually don’t have a good experience when I come here, but the outcome is fabulous. This last time I went was just so bad and I truly will not be going back. My dipped gel manicure lasted 6 days, when my regular usually lasts 2-3 weeks. It’s already chipping and peeling off, very disappointed and for how they treat customers, the outcome truly isn’t worth it. I suggest going somewhere else and spend your money on something you love. I went here every other week for a year and half and they didn’t try to remember me what so ever, when I go any where else they know their regulars name and wheat they get done. Here doesn’t care about younger people who come it. It’s very sad

If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually go to somewhere different but they were closed so I decided to go here. At first I was like ok this place is nice, then I got a dip refill and honestly it was the worst experience of my life. within 48 hours 3 of my nails completely broke off. I went back the next day to get two of them fixed and then the next day another broke and I refused to go back. They acted like it was my fault. I simply scratched my leg and my whole nail broke off. Simple tasks and my nails broke. they did not refill my nails correctly like I get them done at another place and they clearly didn’t last.
