Critical: Professionalism, QualityI recently got my nails done at another salon but accidentally chipped the paint. I walked in there last night and asked if anyone would be willing to fix my nail, as there was literally one other lady in the salon. I recently got my nails done at another salon but accidentally chipped the paint. I walked in there last night and asked if anyone would be willing to fix my nail, as there was literally one other lady in the salon. The lady told me that she would not have time to fit me in today because I did not get my nails done there. Mind you, I was willing to pay and it was 7:00pm and they had 0 customers. Critical: ProfessionalismKEN AND HIS WIFE ARE TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I constantly make appointments for all my visits, and never once have I ever received service without waiting at least 15 minutes; moreover, I arrive on time!!! Ken always has such a nasty attitude, and speaks condescendingly to me. One visit I heard his wife speaking to my mother in such a nasty manner. I almost went over to slap her across her face. But, I remembered whose child I am, and how I was raised. I asked her why she was speaking to my mother in such a disrespectful manner, she had the nerve to say because she’s tired, and worked all day -as if that was a reason to justify her ignorance. I told her don’t ever speak to my mother like that again! I honestly wish, who ever owns this franchise would take time to observe how this nail salon operates. I truly know they would be embarrassed!!! AND KEN, THE WAY I OBSERVE YOU WITH SOME OF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS IS QUITE DISGUSTING!!!! KEN AND HIS WIFE ARE TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I constantly make appointments for all my visits, and never once have I ever received service without waiting at least 15 minutes; moreover, I arrive on time!!! Never told me he didn’t do designs until after I showed him the design I wanted and instead of compromising wanted me to wait another 20 minutes to get my nails painted by another tech after I waited a half hour because he didn’t realize he had an appointment.
