Critical: Quality, ValueI used to come here years ago with my mother and sister and it was always a great experience. So I took my daughter here. I will start by saying Marisol is extremely nice! Very friendly and talked with the entire time. However, I’ve never had nails done so poorly. 20 fingers she did and not a single one was the same shape. The colors were cured goopy so their were thick patches of gel on our nails. I asked multiple times to reshape nails and after being there for 2.5 hours we were tired and wanted to go. We both took our nails off immediately. I feel terrible to leave this review but I’m also upset at spending 120 dollars plus tips, just to go hope and both take them off. I wouldn’t go back here even if all other salons were booked. I do also feel it could’ve been a little cleaner. I used to come here years ago with my mother and sister and it was always a great experience. So I took my daughter here. I will start by saying Marisol is extremely nice! Very friendly and talked with the entire time. However, I’ve never had nails done so poorly. 20 fingers she did and not a single one was the same shape. Didn’t even trim my nails. The polish looked so bad when it dried i went home and took it off and painted them myself! The lady was nice, but to be honest a 3 year old could have done better. Pedicure

Terrible and rushed experience. Save yourself the trouble and don’t come here. You’ll end up having to spend more money in the end going somewhere else to undo the damage. When I came in about 3pm on a Monday there was no one but the owner there. So she started on my nails. I had an acrylic overlay that I did myself because I know how to do acrylics. She offered me a job after finding out I did my own. I said no thank you because I’m already busy enough at work and don’t feel like doing my own nails after doing everyone else’s. After about 5 minutes two more ladies came in she told them 30 minutes. And we had just started. She was rushing a lot. Had a terrible attitude. Like 1/3 through my service which was awful she took the other clients and started on them to get them into staying and no going somewhere else because they were on the phone calling around to see if any other places would take them sooner. Very disrespectful service. Told her twice my nails were too thick. And she would slightly go over them and laugh at me every time as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Needless to say I won’t be back. Had to go home and undo the damage. Made more work for myself.

The owner was nice enough and not rushed. In fact it took 40 min for a fill. My nails are not all the same length and the French manicure is different on every nail and some of them are filed sideways instead of straight across. I also have a cut on my cuticle now which happens but I don’t know. Of all the places I’ve been in Erie , this is the worst. I have to get them re done and I’ve never had to do that. I wanted to like them. I’m not picky, I usually just tell them what I want and then don’t pay attention but the language barrier is a very big issue as well . There is white polish all under my nails and pink that I don’t even know how that got there. Ugh

First time I came here to get my nails done, and I’m very impressed. She was very sweet, and my nails turned out perfect! I will be a faithful customer from here on out. Not to mention it was cheap, so I got to leave her a nice tip. She was so happy, and so was I.

My best friend and I came in around 415 to each get fills. It was like we had ruined their day. They rushed through the whole process and my friend ended up with nails three times thicker than normal. She had asked them several times to file them down and they kept telling her they would get to it later. We both got the same type of polish yet hers were $3 more than mine. I’ve never felt more rushed and annoyed in my life. When we were paying the gentleman ripped the receipt out of her hands half say through her signing. It was an all around miserable experience and needless to say we will not be returning.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 16 years and never paid that much lol when asked she stated I got them longer so that’s why. Got my nails done with the gel… Just on my nails and this was a friday. Noticed Saturday half my nails were missing the Gel on the sides. So went back Monday to get them fixed, the lady was really rude. She only wanted to fix certain nails, so i asked for money back and was told no. That Friday and that Monday she was the only worker there .. And when there was 2 other people there, she would do one thing n then move to the next person and so on.. Worst place I have ever been!

My friend and I showed up a little after 5 on a Sunday for mani/pedi’s.The shop looks freshly re-modeled, the spa chairs, customer chairs and the nail tech chairs at the stations look practically brand new… It was less than an hour from closing, which already had us feeling a bit guilty, but it’s the only time we could pull off girls day until September…There was only one person working, and she was working with another pair of girls getting their nails done. She welcomed us and after just a few minutes to allow us to pick our polish, got us set up in spa chairs so we could soak while she finished the nail art on the other guests. We got to fully enjoy a long soak in the chairs and even though it was basically closing time when she started the first of 4 services, she meticulously and thoroughly gave us each our pedi’s and then gave us the same attention and care while she gave us our mani’s (one of which was gel). Not a single minute we were there, did we feel like she rushed or that we were not getting the best treatment. We left looking great, feeling great and are already looking at schedules to make this our regular go to spot!
