If I could give this salon a ZERO star I would. I got a full set and a pedicure. I paid $100 for something that looks like a 5 year old did. This place is gross. This salon doesn’t clean any utensils after each person, wipe down the pedicure chairs NOTHING. When I was getting my full set I asked for a natural looking French set. Like the nail bed was nude with the French. They said they could do it. Even put the white tips on and everything. Half way through they said “sorry we can’t do that I’m gonna paint the whole nail.” Didn’t even ask me what color nothing. I won’t ever be returning.

Never had a pedicure before and they did an amazing job. It was $45 for the gel nails but they are lasting super long and not chipping. I would definitely go back again. They have a regular pedi for only $30 but I really needed the more expensive one since ive never had one before. It did take an hour and a half but well worth it.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I am visiting family from out of state and made an appointment 4 days in advance. When I showed up for my appointment, I found out that they had taken in a wedding party of 6 for pedicures and full sets of nails 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I waited 35 minutes past my appointment and still wasn’t waited on. I had family reunions that I needed to be at, so I couldn’t wait anymore. Horrible way to conduct a business. I guess they only care about making money and not their customers. Glad I won’t need to use them again.

They didn’t bother to clean up my nails. They overbooked people because they only have 3 technicians there. The technicians there are the wife, the husband, and the sister-in-law. There’s no way if you want to get a pedicure or a manicure with your friends that it will happen. , You’ll come early, or in the middle of the day. There’s no way you’re getting your stuff done and any kind of an adequate time. Also, they can’t do half of the designs that you can easily find online and and my toenail polish fell off within a week. Good times.

Critical: PunctualityI went in for an appointment I made at 4:15. Time passed, and passed and passed. It got to be 4:45 before I finally asked if they’d get to my nails soon. They said “after this customer”. They were already 30 minutes late! Ridiculous service. When you’re in a business you HAVE to be cognizant of your customers time schedule. I hate overbooking and that’s exactly what this salon does. There were at least two other customers I asked around me if their appointment was late and they said yes. Will NOT be returning.
