The length and width of the nails is so uneven the acrylic is extremely uneven and dips in many spots the only thing that is ok about the nails is the color. I asked her to slim the sides down and she tried to upcharge me however she never asked what shape I wanted but the picture I showed her was definitely a different shape

My fiancé has been waiting a long time to get her nails done, due to work she can’t really have fake nails on and we finally was able to do it for her because she is taking some time off and She chose to go to Pro nails. She has been there before and loved The outcome of her nails. This time was different though. She went in with the intention of having gems put on her nails which she always has done, and mentioned it to them numerous times even while getting your nails done. They got the color on and then he finished up and said she was done, which made her very confused because she’s asked for the gems multiple times. So she mentioned it to them again and they said they can’t do Gems after the nails are done, which makes absolutely no sense since she’s mentioned it multiple times to him. She tried to get what she wanted and what she was paying for and they decided to do what they wanted which is very unprofessional. When you provide services to people you are supposed to give them what they want not what the business wants to do. I will never ever let her spend another dollar to this business. It’s sad that we can’t find a good nail salon so she can be a repeat customer which is all she wants to do. By far the worst experience ever. Kind of feels like robbery because they still took her money and she left crying and unhappy while trying to reason with them on why she can’t have gems or her nails done the way she wants to. The sad part is the guy that was doing her nails is the owner of the business, and he had no care of his customers feelings. Purely ignorance and unprofessional. People like him make me sick because all he cares about is making sure a dollar comes in and not trying to give his customers 100% satisfaction.

I absolutely love them I’m always done super quick, my nails always look great, they usually have an appointment for the next day when I want, I would definitely recommend to my friends and look forward to bringing my daughter this summer!

Very rude even making appt treated like my business didn’t matter treated like child but rude saying make sure you call and cancel don’t be late or we won’t see you and nasty attitude when stated I will drive to Ohio especially after seeing the reviews being treated rudely on the phone like they didn’t want any new business she was busy enough with her normal clients but that’s OK she lost out on a good client I would think twice about going there another girl had bleeding fingers from going there but Central Nail‘s on Belmont are much nicer when you call for an appointment ever since they close the mall nail salon it’s been terrible in Sharon

I love the environment they make you laugh and do your nails the way you want them done. Lee and her hubby are great people with a handsome well mannered son!! I’ll be continuing to get my nails done here. The other customers seem to be happy as well and when u become a regular they treat u well and know what your regular way of getting your nails done the way you want!! Awesome people and not rude like most nail shop owners

I love Lee but her husband always seems to be in a rush to get done and he has actually cut me on the side of my nail with the sander. And never talks to me when I’m there. And I always seem to get stuck with him. Also he seems to not be friendly
