I gave in and said yes. When she was doing my nails, I stated to her at least 3x…”Is that polish good, it looks clumpy”! She kept telling me”NO, IT’S GOOD”!4 HRS LATER…1 nail on my right hand chipped. 4 HOURS!! I couldn’t go back that day due to a party I had to go to…I returned on Tuesday. Another woman, Jackie took care of me. VERY NICE…she fixed my right hand and buffed over the other gelled nails and they looked great. By Thursday 3 nails were peeled. Yes! 2 days later. That’s in the picture.I told them I use lots of soap and water daily, garden and open boxes. They told me, including the owner… YOU WON’T HAVE AN ISSUE.I OBVIOUSLY DID.I AM NOT RETURNING, as I can’t afford to do something like this… which was supposed to be a SPECIAL DAY for me… that I really can’t afford…. I am so disappointed. I’m really bummed.Now…more money spent. CLEAN, FRIENDLY…NICE PLACE

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI scheduled an appointment and waited about 10 mins then when getting pedicure, I sat at the bowl for at least 30 mins feet soaking. They were all busy doing other things. Then when they came to do my feet they rushed and did my French pedicure ugly. Then rushing me out the chair barley rubbing in the lotion. When getting my feet done they did not trim my toes and get the extra skin off. I scheduled an appointment and waited about 10 mins then when getting pedicure, I sat at the bowl for at least 30 mins feet soaking. They were all busy doing other things. Today I went for a pedicure, and after being told with a huff “Can you come back in an hour? We are busy.” I decided this was it. NEVER going back again. Save yourself the attitude and aggravation. I have gone to pro nails in the past, but the last time I went I found it to be extremely unprofessional. Today I went for a pedicure, and after being told with a huff “Can you come back in an hour? We are busy.” I decided this was it. NEVER going back again. Save yourself the attitude and aggravation. Go to Cinderella. Pleasant, professional, and clean.
