Tracy was suggested to me by a friend and wow, she’s so professional and very affordable. I asked for a very specific Disney design.The detail on my nails were spot on to the photo I showed her. The salon was very clean. The appointment went quicker then I ever expected. I will definitely be back to Tracy specifically she’s a true nail artist.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I could give this place zero dollars. They are absolutely awful! And the guy Jim Lee yelled in my face as if I’m a child or an animal. Who does that??And they treated me so poorly. It’s safe to say that they are not mindful for people of color. I went in to get a fill and I had an appointment and I was pawned off to Jim Lee and he was rough with my nails and he was rushed and it was not relaxing at all for me. He hurt my nails, they came out crooked and bumpy too. On top of that, he left so much acrylic on my nails afterwards that I had to scrape off. And to make matters worse. He charged me $54!!!!!! For a very poorly done fill? That’s ridiculous. I went back to ask to get my nails fixed and he YELLED IN MY FACE. I was so embarrassed and felt belittled. I know for a fact that he would not have yelled at anyone else who isn’t of color. It’s so sad but true. I will GLADLY pay top dollar for my nails to look exactly how I like. My nails turned out great, the girl who did my nails recommended a great color and did a stunning job. HOWEVER, a few days later after going here my ring finger started to hurt and began to turn yellow and was in throbbing pain. I did not see my nail tech take out new clean nail files or drill tools therefore I believe I got a nail infection. After a round of antibiotics and having to remove my nails, my finger has now healed. Again I don’t believe it was my nail techs fault as her employer should offer clean supplies to avoid this.

The worst experience ever! Way overpriced for the set of nails that started lifting after 4 days. I asked if they could do anything and he said no nothing after 3 days. I said you have a horrible review online and he said yeah that’s why and hung up. I’m trying to take my nails off after 6 days from getting them done because I’m a hairstylist and they’re ripping hair out from lifting already and it’s excruciating because the tips from the nail glue!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Near the cuticle was not even touched up at the end. I had to use nail glue for a few days because I just couldn’t fathom paying to have my nails done so soon again, 4 days later after paying $80 dollars here for the worst job Iv ever had in my life.

Previously had checked out most nail shops in the area and wasn’t impressed. Pro nails was recommended by my aunt and cousin who have been long time customers. They told me to get one of the ladies that started with a “T”. That’s all I could remember. I needed my nails done for Sunday so I had ended up booking an appointment with a young man named Tan. I was seated immediately, and in and out within 40 minutes with a new anc set. He did a great job and was super precise. I really liked the energy of the place and workers. I’ll be back to try out one of the ladies!

Pronails is absolutely amazing! They are fantastic with Mani and pedis. I get ANC as well and i couldn’t be happier every time i go in there. There is nothing Tracey can’t do. If you want your nails to look better than anyone else you better go to Pronails. Every nail tech in there is wonderful and so nice. I send everyone i know to them. If i could give them 10 stars i would!

I moved to the Albany area and STILL drive to this salon! Tracey is absolutely amazing at what she does and is very professional, there’s a reason they have 4 stars! I was in the salon the day the group of girls came in & saw how they were trying to start problems, because of something with her nails that couldn’t be done. They were being rude and obnoxious when being explained to. I had an appointment and I patiently waited until Tracey was done with the WALK-IN clients nails to start mine. I have NEVER in the years that I’ve been going there have witnessed ANYONE that works there be rude to anyone.
