Horrible! Went in for pedicure. Told the guy when I sat down I didn’t want polish just needed callus taken care of and I qgreed to the extra charge. He started to finish and I pointed out all the callous still left and he said no he wouldn’t do anymore. I asked the girl up front why he wouldn’t finish and she said they can’t do callus that bad so I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I sat down and asked for the service and she just shrugged her shoulders. Horrible service, customer service and communication. And they still charged me!!!

Unfortunately not a friendly place . They rush you and up charge you for everything now . Disappointed in management because most of the staff not nice and talking among themselves and rude .. can be cleaner too!

I used to go to Pro Nails all the time until I moved up north. Since I was in the area I stopped in to get my nails done. The came out great! I’m so happy with them. And the price was incredible! They were much cheaper than what I pay up in North Jersey! I’ll be coming here whenever I’m in Lacey.

I went into here about a week ago for the first time I had high hopes it would be a good experience but unfortunately was not my nails already are lifting the gel polish an gel itself is literally coming off an my nails hurt ever since going here usually I would never leave a 1 star review but for what I paid for my nails it was a true rip off not to mention the service wasn’t that great an there was no fans to eliminate the smell of the products being used and I didn’t leave with the design I wanted either overall I felt rushed and not comfortable an overpaid for the service I got I wouldn’t recommend going here

I stopped in yesterday for a gel mani and regular pedi. I’m so disappointed and it was a complete waste of money. For one, my pedi was done within 10 minutes, my feet didn’t have time to soak, they didn’t take the time and care that a pedicure should take. No pushing back of cuticles, cleaning the nails, smoothing the nail, nothing. She lightly exfoliated with a scrubber, barely touching my feet. It was rushed and the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. A guy did my nails and he rushed the service too, no soaking, no pushing back my cuticles, nothing. He applied the polish so thick and uneven, it looks horrible. I complained and they just started at me. Don’t bother wasting your money here, rushed service that isn’t even good, shame on you pro nails!!
