Dylan is the best!! I have been seeing him for over a year and he never disappoints! He is so creative and always does any design I ask for! Usually always a great experience every once in a while you get someone that you dont like. I noticed one lady doesnt do your cuticles as good as the rest but everyones nice and friendly. Better to go on a weekday weekends get crazy there.

I have been going to ProNails for years to have Dylan do my nails. Each time I leave, my nails are in perfect condition and I receive so many compliments. Dylan shapes my nails exactly how I ask, and exceeds my expectations with his designs. He truly knows how to do his job, and is always friendly when I come in. I have always recommended him to my friends, because I know they will leave happy as I do!

Although my nails came out fine, I’m very disappointed with my experience. In addition to barely being greeted, everything felt rushed, like my nail tech was just trying to get the job done quickly. She pretended to massage me and spent only 10 seconds scrubbing my calluses. Not to mention, she asked the woman next to her to borrow a product that she just used on a man’s foot next to me with and didn’t clean it. After, she washed a cuticle cutter from her bench IN my foot water before using it on me (was it not sanitized after the last person?). Especially after a pandemic I was appalled at these unsanitary conditions and the lack of effort and care. My suggestion is to go down a little longer on the turnpike and go to Very Nail Spa. Or if you go here for convenience ask for Ana because she was the only good one I’ve had at pro nails.

I took my grandma here to get her nails done for her birthday and she was so excited because she only ever gets her nails done on special occasions. The owner of the salon ended up being the one doing my grandmas nails so I assumed that she was in good hands… boy was I wrong. My grandma described the color that she wanted and you know everyone has their preferences but the lady doing her nails really made sure to let my grandma know that she did not like her color and shape preference AT ALL. The owner was calling my grandmas nails ugly right to her face and was quite obviously talking about her to her coworkers. I was in disbelief. My grandma and I were so upset, safe so say we will never be coming back here and I urge anyone thinking of going to find someplace else to go.

I had gone 6 weeks and my nails were in perfect condition. I get the nature French manicure look. It was hard to distinguish the difference between my real nail and gel nail. It was by far the worst nail job I have gotten. The 1st tech had no idea how to put a set of nails on. They were going in all directions and when I said something she got annoyed and I was told to sit in another chair.
