Critical: ProfessionalismDO NOT GO HERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!I received a SNS service — I went on a Friday and they were nice but by the end of the day they were cracking and falling apart. This is NOT my first time getting SNS done (So I know how long they can last and the quality) but it was my first time going to this salon. I was only able to go back Monday morning to show them how terrible the nails are. However the lady the sit in the first chair (I’m assuming) looked at my nails and said it was not their problem and refused to fix them/give me a refund.DO NOT GO HERE!! I have always done my pedicure with them and they have always done an amazing job. I decided to get my nails done with them and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I asked the lady for a regular full set. She gave me some UV gell which cost me about 80 dollars which I thought was extremely pricy since all I asked was for a regular full set. When speaking to her as to why she chose to do that without my consent she stated that they last longer which still isn’t an excuse to give me a service I didn’t ask for but I left it at that. She did a horrible job on my palm tree design which I did tell here about but since she took about three hours to do my nails I didn’t feel like waiting for her to get the design right. I got my nails done on the 6th four days later on the 10th one broke. Two days after that on the 12th another one broke. and another two days later on the 14th one broke in half. My nails barely lasted a week before three of them broke. I spent my entire vacation with broken nails. I would put negative stars but sadly its not an option. horrible quality, worst service, I will never go back!

Chargers for every single little thing. Awful awful products that do not last. Not worth the money. Did powder on my nails which were already the length I wanted. Owner charged me a full set although I got no set at all. To top it off, one nail broke in half by the evening of the same day. Then when I went to get it fixed I realized that the powder covering multiple nails was already cracked. I tried to change the type of product that they used on me cause it was clearly a bad one. I got about 6 nails fixed due to cracks in them, in a matter of 24 hours. End of the day that I got them fixed, some nails have cracks in them again. I paid $65 dollars in total for the WORST quality product I’ve ever had the unfortunate luck of coming upon. The girls who work there deserve a much better enviroment. Their work was lovely!!! but the CHEAPPPPP products the owner provides for them ruins everything. I honestly wish I could receive their service somewhere else because they were exceptional. Ratings really reflect the quality of this place. Do not be fooled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I had two bad experiences with this salon. The first time I went here, I needed my brows waxed. The woman barely did anything to my brows. She didn’t clean them up or anything. I mentioned that they weren’t cleaned up or shaped and she said okay I’ll do it again, but I feared her messing my brows up so I said nevermind, paid, and left. I went again tonight hoping I could just get a simple gel color change. I figured “they can’t mess that up”. I arrived at 7:05. Asked for a gel color change, something that should take all of 15 mins. I have regular polish on now, so it’s not like they needed to file or anything. Simply remove the pain, paint them with gel, and put them under the UV light. The woman told me to choose a color. I chose one and sat down. I was the only other customer there outside of the pedicure she was doing. The other nail tech came up to me at 7:26 (they close at 7:30) and told me they couldn’t take me. After I had sat there for 20 minutes. I won’t be back here.

I’ve been coming here every now and then mainly for pedicures, I decided to get a manicure today and honestly couldn’t be more disappointed the owners attitude is very unwelcoming and she messed up my nails. I came home and filed the gel completely off. Its such a nice Salon they have mainly walk in’s not many regular’s.. I wont be coming back here again.

Pedicurist was rushing, and did not take the time to message lotion properly, horrible. Prices are not listed for patroons to view. Beware. I figured service fees would compare to local salons. When I asked the price of my UV gel fill-in When handing owner my credit card, I was shocked. I asked where the price board was, she pointed to a pamphlet with the prices, which are NOT update. When I questioned the prices she said she does not have time to update the pamphlets??!!! I was charged $15 more for my nails than listed! I pay $110 dollars and lest then 1 week only in 3 days my2 nails broke for no reason I when to her and told her that in 3 days my nails broke she told .e that I did something and broke it that there are nothing she can do that I got to pay again that I suppose to come back every week and I told her I had go to other places and it last me 3 weeks and months and I never had this problem and she said suppose that nobody had no problem with there nails well is a lye and she suppose to give me a %off because it was for my 40 wedding anniversary I will never go back there they are so expensive and they don’t do the job good girls never go to this place it is horrible
